Fantastic experience: Great gym! Great coaches!

Fantastic experience: What a rad gym! I’ve dropped in on a couple of the locations when I’m in Ireland visiting family and everyone is always so welcoming. I’ve been to the Naas location most and the coaches are SUPERB and always so knowledgeable. Even though I’m a total tourist when I’m in town, the members and coaches make me feel welcome and always invite me back. I even got the privilege of testing Coach “PA’s” aka CHALKY’s workout creation called the “BRU”. What a treat and it absolutely made me earn all my Guinesses and tea cakes! Regardless of your ability level, this gym and community will make you feel we one and a part of their family. I will 1000% be back soon.

Fantastic experience: The best coaches in Kildare! I’ve tried CrossFit in other gyms before but I felt so lost and overwhelmed but at Bua I felt so welcomed and I felt that I finally started to get my goals! They have an amazing facility, equipments and the really caring coaches. Although, I had a baby this year but coach Gillian was helping me to keep going with the workouts my whole pregnancy. I was going to the classes until two days before labour and I am sure it helped me to have only 4h of labour for my first child. I am already back to the classes with 6 weeks postpartum and the coaches are helping me to adapt the exercises at this stage and help my body to recover. I couldn’t be more happy to be part of the Bua community and met so many incredible and inspiring people!

Fantastic experience: Only joined within the last year and have met so many nice people, have been made feel apart of a community and the in addition to that, the strength I have built up is so important to my health and my mental health changes I have seen in myself is second to none. My only regret us that I didn't join the gym sooner

Negative experience: Guys got back to me quickly with all the info but wow the price for a payg class is 25e I'm paying 10e in Thurles and I know its 10e in Limerick City too. That is a massive difference in price.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with top of the range equipment. Very friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit if in the area!
