Fantastic experience: Excellent professional staff, modern equipment and a relaxed atmosphere. As an older slightly overweight male I totally enjoy my workout each time.

Fantastic experience: I was at this gym but cancelled it 4 months ago but over the phone not email in switch is there policy, now I didn’t know that at the time I do now I only cancelled the membership because I moved to Clare but There System took 216€ out of my account last week and manager done up most to make sure I can a refund. I have to say not many managers will be as helpful as this manager and understanding. Thanks again.

Positive experience: This is a well-equipped gym that makes excellent use of its space. It has all the main equipment you'd need, along with a 20m pool. The pool is rarely occupied by classes, so it's usually available for a spontaneous swim. The one major area for improvement is punctuality. During the week, the gym consistently opens late. While staff arrive before 6:45 AM, the doors are never open to the public on time. Frustratingly, their clock-in system is very strict and won't allow you to log your on-time arrival; you can only check in once they open.

Negative experience: How could you pay to stay in a hotel and a halting site across the road The only hotel in the country I'd say I'd nearly stay a night just to see the dealings and burnings that go across the road You couldn't make it up boys

Fantastic experience: Five stars purely for the reception staff who are always accomodating. The facilities are currently being modernised to will update when completed

Fantastic experience: i had my hair done at salon in hotel.Hotel has lovely pool gym physitheropist lovely resturant.woud recommed The Hair Saloon to anyone staying in hotel or any one wanting hair done cant speak highly enough of stylist there friendly comfortable reasonably priced.Also for other Hairdressers who woud like to rent seat at saloon can give a ringas i know there are few places

Negative experience: Joined back up with this gym at the start of this month and I am very unhappy with the services. Payed €155 for 3 months gym membership including pool access. The jacuzzi that I payed to be able to use is out of service since the start of covid still hasn’t been fixed , Sauna is also out of service the last couple of months and neither have a time as to when they will be fixed. Showers are a disgrace half of them have broken shower heads and the water coming out of them is cold there is zero hot water to wash yourself after the gym or pool . I payed for my membership not known about any of this and wasn’t informed when paying for the membership. I am very unhappy with what I payed for an will not be returning when my membership is up if none of these problems have been sorted.

Fantastic experience: Fab place staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Prime location with plenty of parking. Beautiful food also. Gym recently been renovated really well done. Changing areas always clean but showers could do with an upgrade and also the hairdryers. Staff are so good and always helpful and welcoming lovely atmosphere
