CrossFit Limerick stands as the city’s pioneering and largest affiliate, establishing a vibrant hub for fitness since 2012. Founded by Conor Crowley and Derek Cremin, who bring extensive coaching experience from their roots in Cork, the gym has evolved into a premier destination for athletes of all calibers. Housed in a spacious 4,000 sq ft warehouse facility on the outskirts of Limerick City, the space is fully equipped to deliver high-intensity functional training in a supportive, community-driven environment.

The coaching philosophy centers on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, combining the best elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and cardio. Whether you are an elite athlete aiming for competitive edge or a beginner starting your fitness journey, programs are individually scaled to ensure safety and progress. The core CrossFit classes cover warm-ups, mobility, gymnastics skills, strength & weightlifting, and the daily WOD, guaranteeing a balanced and effective workout every session.

For those looking to enhance their stamina, the CrossFit Endurance program focuses on improving speed, power, and recovery through intense cardio sessions involving running, rowing, skiing, and biking. Additionally, Express Fitness classes offer a time-efficient solution, providing similar conditioning results in just 45 minutes without the need for complex barbell or gymnastic movements, making it accessible to non-members and those with busy schedules.

CrossFit Limerick also boasts a strong presence in the competitive scene, offering specialized preparation for HYROX events. The gym fosters a sense of camaraderie that is integral to the CrossFit lifestyle, welcoming drop-ins and members from other affiliates to train together. With flexible membership options—including unlimited plans and class packs—with a free trial available, there has never been a better time to join the community and transform your health and fitness at CrossFit Limerick.
