Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tony for years, and I can confidently say he's one of the best kickboxing coaches out there. With years of experience under his belt, he's not only developed an incredible depth of knowledge but has also proven to be one of the rare coaches who truly lives by what he teaches. Every technique, every drill, and every lesson he shares with his fighters is something he embodies himself, both in and out of the ring. His dedication to the sport is unmatched, and his commitment to his fighters goes far beyond training sessions. He’s there for his athletes every step of the way, guiding them through the highs and lows, and inspiring them to push past their limits. Tony brings out the best in everyone he trains, not only as fighters but as individuals. I can’t think of anyone more passionate or better suited to lead and inspire in the world of kickboxing.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, they took me in for a couple of months while I was working in Limerick, I learned a lot from the trainers and other students alike. As an oul fella, thankfully they took it easy on me during sparring very welcoming, would highly recommend.
