Cadence Indoor Cycling Theatre

Fantastic experience: I drove a little further out for this class because the reviews said how friendly everyone was and they weren't lying. What a lovely atmosphere to go and try out spinning. The class was incredible, teacher was warm and welcoming and the best workout I've had in awhile! I can see how people get hooked! Thanks for being so lovely.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best spin classes. The instructors are friendly & knowledgeable, with each one bringing something different to their class. Both the music and atmosphere guarantee a great experience . Having never lifted a weight before, I can recommend trying the Thor sessions, they provides upper body strength to compliment the cardio training. You will definitely not regret your Cadence experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant!! The staff are probably the nicest I have ever come across in any gym/spin centre I have used. They know their stuff and are very helpful/accommodating to newbies. The centre is great, plenty of bikes but not too many so it still has that personal feel to the workout. I have never sweated as much or felt so good after a workout as I have in cadence. I cannot recommend it enough.
