Negative experience: Gym is good the outside of the gym not so much unsafe environment

Positive experience: Впечатления не однозначные. Смотря на кого попадёшь. Многое зависит от человеческого фактора. Бывает хорошее настроение и хороший человек, то проходишь процедуру быстро и приятно. А бывает уставший работник с плохим настроением испортит тебе весь день, и не оформит. Начальству было бы хорошо контролировать персонал в отношении качества обслуживания .

Negative experience: Tried to call several times through out the day to enquire about the new membership but no one picked up. You'd think they would want the business but I guess not

Negative experience: Don't bother with this gym went at 320pm to resign up staff couldn't be bothered and told me the till was closed and they finish at 4pm. Not the first issue I had with staff within this gym don't bother joining

Negative experience: I am really disappointed with this gym. They charged me twice on the same month, and even though I asked them to return the money on the same month, they decided to not charge the following month, against my will. This resulted in them charging me an extra month, after I finished my membership, because they forgot the mistake they made, and they don't even reply to my emails, even though I have the bank statements to proof they charge more that they should. Very unprofessional, really bad costumer support and communication skills.

Fantastic experience: Am in the gym now and to say I'm blown away is an understatement the new gym now matches the amazing standard of the staff here I'm never leaving this place love it

Fantastic experience: Best gym in saggart/citywest area, been member for good few years, all this gym needs is new cardio equipment treadmills been there for a years and only few best out of 12, also need air conditioner while running cos not all windows you can open other than that gym Is 5* very friendly and helpful staff

Fantastic experience: Lovely big gym with multiple areas of work out. Lovely staff and helpful. The pool and sauna are the best. I visited many gyms before I joined this and I could say it is the best.

Negative experience: I have been a member for close to two years. Recently my shoes got stolen from the locker room while I went for swimming in the pool.

Negative experience: Staff from this gym came around to our home asking if we would like a day trial. Gave my email weeks ago, heard nothing. My partner was interested in joining, emailed and they said they would get it sorted. That was 2 weeks ago. They obviously don't want people to join

Negative experience: Quite crowdy and pool has depth of 1.4m-cringe You can see paint coming off the walls and that this hotel dosent care because they are on government (read our money) contract.

Positive experience: Weekend opening/closing is a bit of a joke needs to be looked at

Negative experience: The gym has some good parts, and a big variety of machines. Incline bench dumbbell area is bad: mix of different sets of dumbbells, hard to find your weight, around 12-15kg all gone or missing. Dressing room and the app are trash. Doesn't let me download the app when App Store region is not Ireland etc.

Positive experience: Gym is big and never have problem finding space for my workout. But that's about it. Kettlebells are joke as they mosltly single. Pairs only for 8kg, 14kg and 16kg. Opening times on weekend terrible. Pool has only one fast lane but always busy due to swimming lessons. Jakuzzi mostly closed or temp of water to low. Sauna and steam room are ok but they removed cold watter bucket compleatelly. People that work there dont stop people doing stupid excersises that can hurt them. Very average and I cant believe that I am saying that but Glanroyal in Maynooth is way better.

Fantastic experience: In love with this gym. 10,000sq ft so plenty of space to work out. Modern, clean, equipment well looked after but could be updated to newer versions eventually :) Love the ladies-only zone! Very spacious, lots of natural light, music is banging (pop/EDM) Antibacterial wipes available almost every corner of the gym to wipe down equipment, water filling stations. The swimming pool although not too big, but very cosy with clouds painted on the ceiling and trees on the walls. Love the high pressure fountains you can turn on for a good massage. The ladies and gents spa areas are super, great jaccuzi and sauna room. Generally really happy that I joined here :)

Negative experience: FYI, closes at 4 on the weekends, they don't seem to say that anywhere.... no classes on at the moment and didn't notify to say they are back open but resume your membership time - they need to do better if they are planning on staying open

Negative experience: Very disappointed that their has been no contact from the management team during the lockdown! Your members would like to know when the swimming pool and gym will be reopening! Obviously all memberships will be extended!

Positive experience: Очень пахнет хлопком, даже бывает, что ест глаза. Джакузи очень горячая вода, сидеть не возможно и очень много хлора и после сильный кашель. Частенько не работает центрифуга. В душе вода-кипяток, голову не вымыть, а тело просто не ополоснуть.

Negative experience: Such a good gym but the people that work there are lovely except one her name is Sharon I have been a member of the gym 1 year and she is very cranky and her attitude stinks so much that most of the time that I try buy a towel she just gives me a hard time. When I go in and out of the gym I say hi and bye and she doesn’t reply

Fantastic experience: top quality leisure centre, the gym has everything you need and more, it's spacious and there's enough equipment for everyone. The pool is nice and there's a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi leading to the separate changing areas. The staff are friendly and the place is always clean

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and very helpful staff..have been a member for 19 years...that tells it's own story..

Negative experience: I subscribed to the annual membership and then I cannot use the gym for two months due to a renovation of the mens locker rooms and the availability of just few lockers, not enough for all people using the facility, and the unavailability of showers. Nobody told me anything about the reduced service when I subscribed and no refunds or the ability to freeze the subscription for the duration of the renovation works is given. This says a lot about the quality of service and the respect that the Citywest Leisure Centre has for its customers. Avoid it!
