Fantastic experience: I've being attending kick start on and off now for a few years and recently went back and can honestly say after trying different gyms that nothing comes close to this place it really is a great atmosphere makes working out fun and enjoyable yet being pushed to be your best really couldnt recommended it enough

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best fitness setups you can find! Firsrly the staff are incredibly passionate dedicated and attentive to all class members. The classes are extremely intense and provide you with incredible scope to develop and achieve your own goals. They have one to one classes for those who want them, personal development programs as well as a variety of classes in things like weights, TRX, strength and conditioning, HIIT as well as having some classes exclusively for ladies It is a phenomenonal place that I've attended for a number of years and enjoy immensely!
