Positive experience: I felt the class was ok. Personally I felt this was not a beginner space, I wasn't given any modifications really. A lot of the moves done were very advanced. Additionally It felt very clicky and not very welcoming. I can't say I'd be back, but it's good if you can't find anywhere to book.

Hi Becca, I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience this evening. I generally read a room when I’m
teaching and I felt you were very capable,. When I greeted you at the beginning of class you said you had experience. I didn’t feel you needed modifications. However you are entitled to your opinion and I respect that. Thanks RMG FITNESS
