Fantastic experience: Excellent gym to get fit & strong with a few laughs included. Damien is the most knowledgeable coach I've trained with. I ruptured my ACL skiing in 2022, had surgery & he coached me throughout each stage of my rehabilitation programme adapting accordingly & helping me return to my regular fitness including two subsequent ski trips since surgery injury free. He knows his stuff & can adapt for every fitness level. If in doubt check him out
