Fantastic experience: Dean, Holly & Katie are simply amazing at what they do and the level of support they provide, both in the gym & behind the scenes, is unparalleled. The energy in the place is incredible and the social aspect is an extra added bonus. I never thought I’d look forward to going gym & even more that I miss it if I can’t make a session! Hands down the best gym in town & I love being a member! So keep doing what you’re doing lads - 10/10 ????

Fantastic experience: Brilliant facility, top class educated coaches who are super approachable and friendly. SGPT is the way to make serious progress as the guys aren’t shy about pushing you on, whilst correcting your form at the same time. I am loving embassy since starting SGPT in October. Would highly recommend ????

Fantastic experience: This place is unbelievable the staff are a credit I started 2 months back and with hard work on a diet and their expertise in the engine classes I'm down over 2 and a half stone and I'll never look back going to join their small PT group training after Xmas to give myself that extra push after the holidays
