Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities.

Positive experience: Staff are helpful, great range of equipment, spacious, and clean. Steam room is great too. Not much more you can ask for in a gym although I would like an extra chest press machine. It also gets very busy around 4-5pm as DkIT students tend to finish college around this time. Overall, its probably the best gym I've been to and I'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined DKIT Sport Dundalk and I was really nicely surprised. The gym is top of the range for the area and I feel completely satisfied with everything. The space is clean, there is plenty of room for everyone and loads of equipment including free weights, cable machines and plenty of cardio options including stair steppers, treadmills with bounce surface (better than the basic sturdy ones) & elliptical crosstrainers. What I personally appreciate is the sauna and the two jacuzzis. I used to have problems with painful shins and needed a lot of treatment, but since using the jacuzzi and sauna after my training, I recover much faster. It has made a big difference for me. The showers are spotless, there is always hot water and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Their app makes it easy to book classes and I can even use my phone to check in, which is so convenient. Sometimes I grab a protein shake after training and it is a nice extra touch. It really feels like a great community and I am very happy to be a member here. Negative experience: The gym is excellent and the staff is usually extremely nice and helpful but one member of staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming so we ended up leaving, they also don’t have an option for a day pass which is disappointing
