His passion for training was further cultivated in Perth, Australia, where he worked with elite health coaches. Upon returning to Ireland, Fred combined this international experience with rigorous professional studies, including an apprenticeship with the Irish Strength Institute and mentorship in fat loss programs with FitPro UK, to create a holistic training philosophy.
