Negative experience: Did not have a positive experience at this gym. Equipment isn't well taken care of

Negative experience: Pretty shoddy gym tbh. The elliptical handles are always sticky for some unknown reason (probably because it's ancient). The stair-stepper has been out of order for months. The only thing needed to repair it is an easily purchased rope for the pulley system. Also, there's carpet near the shower area in the changing room (constantly wet there) and mold all over the walls.

Negative experience: I want to express my total dissatisfaction with the fact that there was no one available to assist me. I came to the gym today to register and waited 25 minutes at the reception. I rang the bell three times, and still no one came to help me with my registration. This leaves a very poor impression of your customer service

Negative experience: I wanted to give this gym a good review, but I can't. I didn't feel comfortable working out there. Not great conditions and equipment.

Positive experience: It needs to improve. Equipment need to be better maintained and checked from time to time. Missing basic stuff, like more steps, ankle straps to exercise in the cable machine. Things usually stay broken for a long time. The gym has a little bit of everything, so you can do your workout. Friendly staff, friendly people working out. Just needs a little bit more love with the gym equipment.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place, all staff are friendly and approachable. Definite asset for the area and we'll utilised as it is so busy.
