Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this gym enough, Part of the problem when going to the gym is "what do I do today?" Seadna and Chloe are top class trainers. Very professional and knowledgeable. They will instruct you carefully before each exercise and ensure your technique is correct during. I'm seeing a difference in myself and everyone that attends their classes. It's brilliant and for what they are offering it's a reasonable price too.

Fantastic experience: Top quality gym with great equipment and lots of space. Seadna designed a custom gym program for me and tailored it to my favourite lifts. He did regular check ins with me and he was able to track my progress using his body scanner which shows body fat and muscle mass. Highly recommended.
