Positive experience: At this welcoming center, I truly enjoy being part of a supportive fitness community where I can attend group fitness classes in Limerick. The one-on-one fitness coaching has been transformative for my personal goals, and it's a bonus that they are one of the few gyms with parking in Limerick!

Fantastic experience: The Fit Factory is a great gym, I started nearly two years ago and it’s been great to train in a friendly and supportive environment. Love the classes as they always test your strength and ability. The gym is suitable for all levels of ability and helps you progress in your own fitness journey which I’ve seen myself. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym to go to, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I started strength & conditioning in The Fit Factory over a year ago and have made great progress thanks to Niall's advise and the weekly training programmes that Niall sets out. You have all the necessary equipment available to you that you need to reach your training goals and I love that you have your own station to work from so there's no pressure to complete your sets. I also love that there's early morning sessions, 06.00am, I can get my workout done before I start my day..I would highly recommend The Fit Factory to start your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Came to the fit factory few years back and felt lost with the whole gym industry it was new to alot of people at the time . Niall was great to integrate us newbies to his classes and group . Years on I'm still there feeling like one of the OG now. His classes has it all the sweat the tears the banter great community built up . Niall caters for all levels of fitness levels knows when to push and the pull back . Loads of varieties in his bootcamp and you also have the option of PT . If your starting out or want to try something new id highly recommend the fit factory even have my wife up doing the 6am classes

Negative experience: Awful experience - unprofessional and childish owner. The reviews are mostly by friends/family. Avoid at all costs. ***In response to the owner - I DON'T have a Facebook account and have never had one... so please stop deflecting and take responsibility. You literally lie and argue with strangers - please seek help!

Positive experience: Ideal Gym has all the equipment that 1 would need. Only downside is it closes way too early. Not good for anyone who can't train until late in the evening
