Master Ding Academy Cork - Traditional Tai Chi Chuan

We offer a full syllabus under certified tai chi instructors personally trained by our Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan lineage holders, Master John Ding and Master Alan Ding.

The Dublin tai chi branch specialises in promoting the benefits of tai chi. We teach tai chi to promote health, but we also teach the higher level aspects of tai chi including self defence and the martial arts.  

Training regularly harmonises the mind, body, and spirit – whether you practice for health, meditation, self healing, fitness, self defence or all of these. 

MDA Dublin Tai Chi offers classes and workshops locally, but uniquely at the academy you can experience higher level of aspects of tai chi through workshops and retreats with Masters John and Alan Ding.
