Negative experience: Always shop here for safety gear but not anymore! Shop now only take card, no cash! The very helpful guy behind the counter was very apologetic but his hands were tied. This is just ridiculous. Went on to buy down in MJ Scannells instead. No problem accepting cash

Negative experience: Customer service non existent. Waiting three weeks to have club name put in rear of high vis vest s. Five phone calls later and had to drive to little Island pick up the jackets and get the job done elsewhere. It was very obvious that the staff couldn't care less. How they are still doing business beggers belief..

Negative experience: Very bad customer care service ...as in sent emails and no reply orderd hi vis items over 9weeks ago numerous phones and emails to no avail and when I did get through was guaranteed a call back and guess what nothing ..not even a courteous call back Went on to order my hi vis else where and guess what wasn't waiting 9 weeks either
