Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym! What I like about it is the staff are friendly, genuine and the classes are super! There is a good vibe in there and on the most part people are pretty friendly. On top of all that the monthly cost is reasonable

Negative experience: Worst gym to try and leave , they charge you €49 and a month in advance after you cancel. And there’s no way around it I was told so basically scamming you for an extra €50 for next months membership before you leave . Stupid membership clause if you ask me

Positive experience: Well maintained and decent selection of equipment but some of the hours aren't great (and they start asking people to leave 15m before the official closing time) Could do with more power racks, benches for bench press, and deadlift platforms. When space is limited they shouldn't be wasting it on things like a Smith machine. There are better gyms in Cork (fitnessworx is excellent) but I live nearby so the convenience is worth it.

Negative experience: Excellent gym , some great classes and friendly knowledgeable staff Update: the above is still valid but sadly those that control the finances don't have the same attitude as those that work in the gum. I paused my membership when the pandemic hit Ireland. This was a big mistake as the gym resumed and paused my membership several times since then but never called me once. As a result I was charged for many months where I never used the gym. A small good will gesture was offered but I am still well out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: My first time ever being part of yer classes. I feel I'm getting great results from these classes. The gym itself is spacious and is easy to get around yer machines.

They have a good selection of fitness classes that appeals to all. There is an option to try out a free guest pass and no pressure to join unlike other gyms.
