Fantastic experience: Andrei is a very positive and encouraging tainer. I began training with him a year and a half ago and still love it. I would not have known were to start in the gym without his knowledge, support, and advice. Keeps you on track by checking in with you regularly whether its to train with him or by sending a program.

Fantastic experience: A funny and friendly trainer with knowledge! lost more than 10kg in 3 months by working out with Andrei and helped me to gym time in daily routine. Recommend if you're looking for bro type of trainer

Fantastic experience: I began training with Andrei outdoors in a group environment after the first lockdown ended in June 2020, Andrei was very encouraging, engaging and ensured we all enjoyed the workouts while gaining the best from them. I enjoyed the classes so much that once the gyms re-opened I began group personal training and I haven't looked back. Andrei always checks in on us, gives great nutritional advice, makes sure we enjoy the workouts by incorporating different types of training and changing things up. Super Coach

Fantastic experience: I started training with Andrei Barson a trainer in Your Fitness almost 5 years ago now and it was one the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before starting with Andrei I had been a member of the gym but never knew what I was doing and had no routine or training plan, I was just winging it! I wasn’t happy with my weight and couldn’t find the motivation when training by myself. From the start Andrei made a personalised training plan that was adapted to suit me (with injuries etc), he did regular measurements, gave tips on nutrition and I even sent photos of all my meals to him on WhatsApp which really helped me stay on track. He has an “always on” approach and makes sure to check in each week to make sure you’re following plan and see how you’re doing. After a few months of training with Andrei I was in the best shape of my life and most importantly, felt a millions times more confident in myself and in what I was doing in the gym too. Today, I’m still training with Andreiand he’s kept me motivated through a tricky year of lockdowns and closed gyms (over zoom) - all while having some LOL’s in between the burpees!

Fantastic experience: An expert trainer for multiple disciplines. From diet and nutrition to losing fat and developing muscle. Made faster progress from 6 months working together compared to a few years training by myself. His knowledge and understanding of different methodologies and their applications has made training more enjoyable and beneficial compared to anything I’ve done before

Fantastic experience: Extremely knowledgeable and approachable coach. The support and engagement in terms of diet, training and general well-being was, is and continues to be amazing. I began Olympic weightlifting late last year in which Andrei has been able to provide insight through qualifications and experience. The tailoring of individual goal driven programming was one of the most impressive aspects for me. All in all, a fantastic experience as I continue to smash my goals on my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Super experience with a professional and expert coach. Training sessions are rewarding and results driven. The coach helps you define your goals, supports you on the journey and ultimately empowers you to achieve those goals. Great service which I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: All things fitness is a professional service provided by a very knowledgeable coach, his understanding and attention to detail with particular strength and conditioning protocols for athletes is why I chose to use his services. I would highly recommend.
