Founded in 2005 by former Irish Olympian and professional boxer Cathal O'Grady, White Collar HQ in Dublin has become a pioneer in bringing the art of boxing to the everyday professional. Located in Harolds Cross, our facility serves as both a premier fitness gym and a specialized training ground for amateur boxing events. We are dedicated to making "The Sweet Science" accessible, safe, and transformative for individuals from all walks of life, regardless of prior experience.

Our coaching team consists of seasoned practitioners with backgrounds in both amateur and professional ranks, ensuring that every member learns technique, defense, and conditioning from the best. We have successfully managed over 200 events nationwide, partnering with charities, corporate organizations, and community groups to create unforgettable nights of entertainment. Our comprehensive 4-step process handles everything from initial consultation and participant recruitment to intensive training and full-scale event production, ensuring a professional and profitable experience for our clients.

In addition to boxing-specific training, we offer a robust range of Strength & Conditioning and personal training services. Our S&C programs are tailored to individual needs, focusing on correct technique to prevent injury while building muscle mass and posture. We also provide private boxing lessons for those seeking one-on-one instruction to refine their skills. So sorry that you were unhappy. We are starting an upgrade of the facility as it is a 200+ year old building it can be hard to maintain.Did you enjoy the boxing workout that you came for ??

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere. Handy location with parking outside. Mix of strength conditioning and boxing classes on offer. Good equipment. Affordable enough deals for membership. Give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym in the heart of the city. I recently started training here and the coaches were extremely welcoming and put me at ease, one of them actually fought at the Olympics! If you're looking to learn to box or simply get in shape this is the place to go. There are a wide variety of classes, not only boxing but strength and conditioning also. Great value for money...now all I need is the 6 pack!
