Fantastic experience: Great Gym in the heart of the city. I recently started training here and the coaches were extremely welcoming and put me at ease, one of them actually fought at the Olympics! If you're looking to learn to box or simply get in shape this is the place to go. There are a wide variety of classes, not only boxing but strength and conditioning also. Great value for money...now all I need is the 6 pack!
