Zumba with Dance and Health - Portobello

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Lily’s Zumba classes now over 5 years now. It’s one part of my exercise regime that I never want to miss. The classes are high energy, with good cardio impact but also squats and key core work. I use the unlimited dance card, which gives me the flexibility to attend any class across the City Centre for a month. I highly recommend these classes, guaranteed to leave in good mood

Fantastic experience: Best decision in my life to join Zumba class. I love the energy in every class and I always know i've done a good workout with the sweat rolling off me at the end of it. Oh and it's so much fun and a great stress reliever. Lily and all the teachers are full of energy and motivation. Roll on next Wednesday looking forward to it already!!
