Fantastic experience: Super group of lovely humans I was nervous to start back running but I had nothing to worry about the coaches are so welcoming and they take the time to work with you and get your confidence up again. The girls in the group are great fun and I have made some wonderful friends. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursday nights for chats runs and headspace. I highly recommend this group for running you won't regret joining. Thanks team Hissys for all you do for us.

Fantastic experience: When I joined Hissy Fit, I had never done any running before, and my only goal was to get to 5Km. With the training and support from the coaches, and the brilliant encouragement of the other women in the group, that first 5Km soon became my first parkrun, then a 5-miler, the women's mini marathon, and a half marathon! At Hissy Fit, I have met the nicest, most supportive people I had ever met in any group, hands down. They have been so welcoming and encouraging, providing motivation not only to achieve small milestones, but also to enjoy running for what it is. Joining Hissy Fit is easily the best decision I made. I wouldn't have done any of this by myself, and I can't recommend it enough, from the coaches to the craic with the fellow runners.

Fantastic experience: Great way to start running and actually enjoy it - I had always wanted to like running but never succeeded on my own. Maeve and the other Hissy coaches made it fun, and I never realised how many km or minutes on our feet we had clocked up by the end of each session.
