One Arena Passage

Fantastic experience: One Arena Passage is way more than just a gym. The energy is super welcoming and the community atmosphere makes such a difference—everyone’s really supportive, no matter your level. There’s something here for everyone, apart from the gym there is Run Club, health talks, Hyrox events etc. In around 12 weeks I’ve made great progress toward my goals ( thanks to Gemma, Rhys and Evan who are usually in Passage). I have been to countless gyms before always changing trying new things and initially only joined One Arena because it was a lot closer to my house, but I honestly don't see myself going anywhere else now. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place that motivates, supports and feels good to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena about 6 weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, making it a perfect place to start as a beginner. Gemma and the gang are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or advice. Even in a few weeks I am seeing results and enjoying working out for the first time ever! :)

Fantastic experience: If I can do it, anyone can! Go for it! What have you got to lose? I lead a sedentary lifestyle, hadn't exercised (not even a walk) for more than a decade, felt older than my years (in my mid-50s) and joined One Arena, hoping to gain some muscle and strength. I wasn't convinced I would stick at it for more than a class or two (based on past experiene) but, over 2 months later, I actually look forward to going at least twice weekly. I never thought those words would come out of my mouth! This is nothing like the larger commercial gyms. Rhys and Gemma are absolutely AMAZING support. They challenge and push you but listen too! Everyone is there for their own reason and there is no judgement. I'm not in the slightest bit self-conscious during class, with no previous experience. The classes are catered to the individual needs and strengths. People of all ages, sizes and abilities are in the class and I am so much further along than I ever thought I would be (although I have a VERY long way to go). I also really love the app, where you can book classes to suit your schedule. Honestly, I am over the moon I decided to take the plunge and join One Arena and couldn't recommend it more highly! Thanks to all at One Arena for everything so far!

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena in March of this year and I can highly recommend this gym. I have been exercising for a long time but this is a new way of training for me and I definitely feel better in myself not only physically but mentally. Gemma, Rhys and Cielo are so supportive and have encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone which brings me great satisfaction. The social aspect of the gym is also very important to me in that I’m getting to meet people on a regular basis. There is a sense of fun and camaraderie and members encourage each other. I can honestly say I look forward to every class.

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena 4 months ago and I couldn't recommend them enough. I've seen fantastic improvement in my strength and body overall which wouldn't have been possible without the encouragement and help from Gemma and Rhys. I feel physically and mentally healthier since joining, I really look forward to going to my classes every week, they're engaging and challenging but so enjoyable. You won't be disappointed if you join One Arena, again huge thanks to coaches Gemma and Rhys!!

Fantastic experience: One Arena @Passage West is an excellent gym to train at. Starting out completely new to all of this was quite daunting but Edward and his team (including Dylan, Gemma, and Blake!) made the whole process very smooth. Aside from having a well-equipped gym and friendly atmosphere, I think the One Arean Team genuinely have a very positive attitude towards training and helping people reach their goals.

Fantastic experience: I joined one arena 8 weeks ago and it’s been fantastic. I was always a member of a gym or doing classes of some sort. I always felt It had to be loads of cardio. At 56 with an extremely busy lifestyle and coping with the challenges of menopause I felt I needed to try something different. My journey with one Arena has ticked all the boxes. It is all about strength, flexibility and feeling good about yourself. The support is phenomenal. I was so impressed this week when Gemma rang me to check why I hadn’t been it. I booked a class immediately. Each class is like personal training as the coaches are there in the room watching your technique and ‘kicking your ass’ in a really nice way!! All I can say is join us and see the benefits in a short time!!!

Fantastic experience: Been in the Passage Gym now a few months and one of the best things I’ve done! There’s a good mix there between doing strength and conditioning but also if you want to work away at the flexi time no worries there! Gemma, Rhys, Gabriel and the team I deal with daily are sound and help so much! Personally I like to go in see what’s on the board and be guided by the team whatever class it is and I leave every time feeling tired but so much better form and healthier besides! If you are looking for results if you do as you are told you will get them without doubt!

Fantastic experience: Joining One Arena has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The transformation I've experienced is incredible— steadily seeing changes, my diet has improved, and overall, I feel much healthier. The most important thing is that it never feels like a chore going in there — I genuinely am buzzing before every class. I love the Flexi Arena option and being able to do my own personal workout programme, which is the perfect way to start my mornings! The gym has everything you need and is incredibly well-maintained and well stocked so a great environment for working out. The group training sessions are another highlight and the motivation from both the trainers — Gemma, Rhys, and Gabriel — and fellow gym members is amazing. You are pushed but supportive through everything you do and the trainers are knowledgeable and so encouraging. If you're looking for a gym, I would highly recommend One Arena.

Fantastic experience: One Arena is an unbelievable gym, I would have never had the motivation to start going to the gym myself but after PT sessions at the start with Rhys and Gemma, they encouraged and tailored a gym programme for me, I use the flexi membership and gym has all the equipment needed. Fantastic experience: I've been training in One Arena Passage West since April. I had not been to a gym in well over 12 years so was not sure how it would work out for me or would I be able for the various workouts. The first meeting I had was with Edward and he really laid out for me how One Arena works and more importantly how it can benefit me. I cannot leave a review without mentioning the two main coaches I have had in Passage West who are Rhys and Gemma. They just make the whole experience enjoyable and push you to achieve your goals. They are very approachable and they always have your best interest at heart even if you are doing a new routine they take time to explain how to do it and what benefit is of a certain workout. Can’t speak highly enough of Rhys and Gemma to me they are One Arena Passage West. In conclusion I have to say that One Arena has improved me in terms of how I feel mentally, physically and overall has had a very positive impact on me. When I joined I thought I would not last 3 months but I absolutely attending One Arena, It gives great structure to my life and I will be staying with One Arena to continue this journey I am on and a lot of this is down to the massive support from Rhys and Gemma. Keep it going.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic to have One Arena in Passage West. I trialled in Pouladuff for the month of March before beginning in Passage West. There is lovely atmosphere. It is well equipped and not intimidating which means I will keeping going back. All the instructors are enthusiastic, helpful and energetic which is conveyed in all of their sessions.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this gym more, it suits everybody from just starting to seasoned gym goers. It’s more than just a gym, what’s in place is an amazing community of coaches and members. This is the first time for me going to classes as a seasoned gym goer and I definitely prefer the structure and exercises put together by the coaches. On top of the classes there is a separate part of the gym that you can train in your own with no distractions and always available weights and machines.

Fantastic experience: Been training with One Arena for years and just recently moved down to their passage venue. The service and ethos is exactly the same in both venue. You always get an excellent workout, tough but fair, and yet it's fun. I mostly train for hurling and they take that into account and try to built my strength and stamina. Highly recommend overall!!
