Negative experience: We boob the Clayton hotel for a relaxing family Spa weekend, but the spa is very dissapionting its like public pool.The swimming pool was full of kids doing swimming classes so we couldnt use it also the water was too cold even the kids pool so my daughter didnt wanted to go. There wasnt any lounges or even a chair where you can sit to relax or leave yor towel, only place was the floor. Sauna wasnt hot enough, And the steam room wasnt working at all. We will never come back here again. So far this is the worst Spa we ever been.

Negative experience: Cancellation policy charges you for additional one month, hidden scam

Negative experience: I was interested in joining Club Vitae Sligo and saw that the individual monthly membership was advertised at €60 on the website. However, when I attempted to sign up online, the final price shown was €75. If the actual cost is €75, not €60, this should be made clear from the beginning—not only after entering a lot of personal information during the sign-up process. It's frustrating and feels misleading. In the end, I chose a different gym where the pricing was transparent from the start.

Positive experience: The kids weren’t allowed in certain areas but all of the facilities were brilliant, a rather huge and well kept gym, nice pool and spa as well

Negative experience: Sauna I not hot anymore((

Fantastic experience: I attended for first time yesterday evening and went to have a shower after training, there was no warm water in the showers in mens changing and according to 2 of the lads I was chatting to its been like that for weeks, very disappointing.

Positive experience: Good gym with nice pool,sauna & steam room. Cold shower outside sauna also. Only criticism is that the decor could be nicer, there's fake plants where there could be real plants which would provide health benefits, add to the atmosphere and also could probably survive off the moisture in the air.

Positive experience: Myself and my partner have had some issues with this gym but the manager recently reached out to us and was extremely accommodating and willing to listen and help with any difficulties. Very appreciative of that!

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed, I didn’t expect the gym to have so many kids, it’s like Nursery, the are kids everywhere and the gym is really small, but I didn’t mind it, because I thought at least the is a pool, Jacuzzi and some other stuff, but we don’t get to use them because the are 10,000 kids all over the place, this gym shouldn’t cost that much money, I’m just waiting for my contract to end and then I’m changing the gym, I’ve seen people complaining about the same thing, Club Vitae you guys need to work on this

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, Friendly and engaged staff Sauna, steam, hot tub, pool and versatile gym with studio and free weights Love coming here, enough treadmills and space for multiple people to work out Very affordable options However, Adam and Cliona (as well as many others) are stand out team members who are passionate about their job

Negative experience: I was disappointed about how many screaming children's classes were in this pool regularly. They took over the pool really and made the gym seem more like a public pool than a fee paying gym. On two occasions we visited to discover the pool was closed 1) due a sewage leakage and 2) due to someone being ill in the pool. This was right before covid lockdown 1. Pretty glad I didn't swim in it after that. Lovely staff though!

Positive experience: Okay facilities could definitely do with some maintenance- most lockers are broken. Equipment in gym often creaky and not well maintained. No one really around to show you how to use equipment correctly. Pet annoyance: there are constantly classes in pool during peak times and instead of leaving swimming lanes free (like most other gyms) they take over the lanes and often the pool area too leaving no room to swim.
