TNT GYM SLIGO is leading the way with the gym membership, classes and personal training in the North west area. Located at unit 2 ballast quay Sligo making it extremely easy to get to and only 5 minutes walk from Sligo town.

TNT Gym finds it important to stay at the forefront of health, fitness, going hand in hand with wellness. This dedication leads to constantly adding and upgrading the gym and its equipment offer a wider range at TNT GYM Sligo.

Like our name says, we believe in true natural training, offering our members the best training techniques for this. It is our endeavour to stay away from fitness scams and gimmick trends enabling us to keep our facilities at highest standard while getting our members the best results.

Along with Gym membership, we also offer bespoke personal training getting you the results you want along with the ultimate classes. Our classes are known to provide you with the best workouts you have ever had. Taking place on the gym floor not only do you get a great workout but you also gain the knowledge to lift correctly and burn fat fast with ultimate HIIT sessions.
