Fantastic experience: Stepping back into a gym after a long hiatus can be daunting, but my recent experience was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible team. From the moment I reached out, Owen was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions via email and easing my initial anxieties. Today was my first day, and it couldn't have gone better! I arrived when it was still relatively quiet, which was perfect, but what truly made the difference was the amazing vibe and the exceptionally warm welcome from Adam, one of the coaches. His friendliness instantly made me feel comfortable and motivated. I'm so impressed that I've already recommended it to several coworkers who are on the hunt for a great gym. If you're looking for a supportive and welcoming environment to get back into your fitness routine, this is definitely the place to be!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym for powerlifting, and it's fantastic. The facility has all the necessary equipment, and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Perfect for anyone serious about powerlifting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best gym I’ve been to full stop, there’s always a great atmosphere where everyone is willing and happy to help each other. The owners are all very experienced powerlifters that offer coaching services (to which I would absolutely recommend). There’s comp spec racks, plates and platforms which I would recommend if you’re training for Powerlifting or Strongman events. They are currently in the process of expanding massively, with a huge amount of new machines coming in (can’t wait!). TL/DR: this is a gym with a great vibe and great people. I’ve gone to most gyms in cork and this is easily the best of the bunch. Join and you won’t regret it! (I was not paid for this review, I’m just a huge fan of this gym )

Fantastic experience: One of the best Powerlifting gyms in Ireland. In addition to everything needed for powerlifting the gym includes; machines, dumbells, a few strongman implements & assault bikes.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this gym and the people who run it. It’s a really well equipped gym, with an incredibly welcoming environment. The lads who run it are extremely knowledgeable and are some of the best people you could learn from especially if starting out in strength training. The environment they’ve created at Phenom is one of support and encouragement, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced lifter, everyone is respected and supported when training. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Top class gym with comp spec powerlifting equipment and calibrated plated and even strongman equipment too. It caters for all types of gym goers. I particularly love the hype and support by the staff when its needed on top sets. I would highly recommend it.
