Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while and I am not happy at all with the customer service or facilities. The changing rooms smell like feces, there is mold on the ceilings, the toilets are a mess and never have toilet paper or hand dryers. There is no proper showering area. The equipment is old and rusty, broken or ripped. The drinks and bars are ridiculously overpriced. I had a very upsetting experience with the owner, I believe, marek, bodyshaming me. Pure ignorance to interrupt my workout to give an unwanted opinion about my body. You would think someone working in a gym would know better. Extremely dissatisfied and unfortunately it is the only gym in my area so I have no other option.

Fantastic experience: My daughter joined the gym in June. She loves it here. There is a lovely supportive team here. Great range of equipment. Different price points for lots of packages including personal training. Decent opening hours with the earliest being 6am.

Positive experience: I am 76 years old and I am on a awaiting list to have a knee replacement, the surgeon told me to go to a physio but I was advised to go to a gym instead. I went to Bio Active Gym and have had a great experience, Mark and his son Blaize have made out a programme for me and it is working great. Thanks lads
