Our diverse class schedule features high-energy sessions designed to challenge and inspire. HIIT Bootcamp utilizes high-intensity interval training to burn fat and build muscle efficiently through intense bursts of activity. For those looking to relieve stress while improving cardio and tone, our Boxfit classes combine boxing drills, pad work, and core strengthening, requiring no prior boxing experience. Additionally, our Weights Class focuses on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to help you build lean, strong, and toned muscle.

At the core of our philosophy is expert personal training led by Joe Dunne, an elite Strength and Conditioning coach with over 20 years of experience. Joe is fully certified, including qualifications in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and TRX suspension training, and has trained clients ranging from marathon runners to those undergoing rehabilitation. We offer both in-person and online personal training sessions, as well as small group PT. Each client receives a bespoke training and nutrition plan, complete with regular body measurements and progress updates, ensuring a holistic approach to achieving your fitness goals in a safe, controlled environment.
