We teach you exactly how to lift weights properly to achieve the body you want. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start training for the first time or an advanced trainee looking to hit personal benchmarks, we ensure you reach your goals safely, effectively and in a non-intimidating environment.
We are not like any gym you have attended before. We’re Ireland’s premier fat loss and body transformation facility and we are dedicated to helping you become the strongest version of yourself.

Results Fitness training sessions include specific mobility drills to improve the range of motion in our client’s joints. We are born with a huge amount of mobility and lose it over time due to lack of use, overly tight muscles or sedentary lifestyles. Regular doses of mobility drills keep us moving well and injury-free. Mobility drills are entirely different to warmups before exercise. Warm-ups get you warm; mobility drills help prevent injuries and improve your mobility.
While you may think your primary goal is to lose fat, gain strength or build muscle; in reality, they are secondary goals. Your primary goal is to stay injury-free while achieving your secondary goals. You won’t get far on your fat loss journey if you injure yourself in your first week of training. Injuries are becoming more common, particularly in commercial gyms where “weight training” classes are being led like dance classes and personal trainers can’t give everyone the attention they need to maintain proper form and technique. At Results Fitness, our training programs focus on injury prehabilitation to prevent injuries before they happen, instead of waiting for them to happen. We assign you to your own coach who gets to know you on a personal level to modify your training to any muscular imbalances or weaknesses you may have or to work within the guidelines of your physiotherapist.
Before starting with Results Fitness, most of our new 28-Day Challenge clients had not stepped foot in a gym for a very long time. This, of course, doesn’t include previous memberships to big commercial gyms which they joined with great intentions and attended only a handful of times. Every client starts from a different level, with different training experience (if any), strength and fitness levels, injury and mobility considerations and goals. At Results Fitness our training programs are built to fit your needs. We teach you how to lift weights properly to achieve the body you want. At Results Fitness we favour small group training and personal training to allow us to give you the attention and care you need. The difference in what we offer is that our small group training involves coaching, whereas large classes in big gyms involve cheerleading. Strength is a skill that requires practice. Every training session you practice good form and technique and your body responds by becoming stronger and better able to deal with the demands you place on it. Our team of coaches have over 60 years of combined experience in helping clients like you become a stronger and more empowered version of yourself.

Results Fitness: Opinions
Negative experience: Gym with great coaches to support you. My complaint is the manager, Gary, and the owner, Phil Giffney. I got a training pause in July and was charged for this period. When I asked for my membership cancellation in September, Gary said I would get a refund for this pause. However, after months, I haven't gotten any refund, and nobody (Gary or Phil Giffney) replies to my message to tell me when I'll get it. I'm very disappointed with them

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day of a 28 day challenge and it did not disappoint, this is the second time I have done the challenge and its a great way to kick-start a healthy lifestyle. As always the staff are fantastic and very helpful (thank you to James for this mornings class), they guide you throughout the workout to help correct your form etc. And are always available and willing to answer any questions you may have. As part of the challenge you get a free consultation/introduction into the ethos of Results Fitness, Simon guides you through all the information and you even get free nutrition advice to help maximise your results. I would highly recommend this to anyone at level of fitness, the staff are always happy to help tweak exercises to make them easier or harder depending on your ability. Keep up the good work
Fantastic experience: I love going to RF, as it combines the two things that really works for me. It is a structured gym class that last 45 min split in three parts: stretch, weight and conditioning. The staff is very friendly and the manager is always willing to help.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol a couple of years ago. I went to Aiden the owner for advice and he promised me two things; he'd make it fun and that I would never leave. I didn't believe him to be honest, but low and behold here I am two years later and I'm still going. I have had personal trainers in the past who were terrible. They would shout at you to try and get you motivated and all you feel like doing is walking out the door. I absolutely hate the gym, but true to his word Aiden has made it a fun thing to do and positively motivates you in the right way. I could hardly lift 60KG on a deadlift and I had a terribly weak and sore back. Now I can deadlift 200KG and I have lost weight, my back is as strong as steel and I feel terrific! This is the best investment you'll ever make in yourself. Aiden is so knowledgeable and won't let you go beyond your capabilities. He is definitely the best in his field by miles!!! Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. He definitely gets 'Results'!
Fantastic experience: Top class coaches. Great atmosphere. Unpretentious and inclusive. The 28 Day Challenge is an amazingly effecient, cost effective way to get going on your health and fitness journey. Whatever your level.
Fantastic experience: I started Result Fitness back in September 2019 as part of the 28 day challenge - the main reason I did this was to get a change of scenery from being in the same gym for 7 year same routine, dealt with personal trainers in the my old gym and just was not seeing the results I wanted! I am now entering my 6 month with Result Fitness and I am loving it! It is such a lovely little community to be part off and the trainers are amazing! I am achieving the results that I want one day at a time. I highly recommend Results Fitness to anyone
Fantastic experience: Small, friendly and highly results-focused gym. Tucked away on Brookfield Terrace, Blackrock. Their 28 day transformation programme - nutrition plan plus 3 x 45min strength and conditioning classes a week - is a great intro for couch potatoes who don’t know where to begin. Sound nutritional guidelines, do-able gym sessions, with lots of time slots to suit everyone and a nice level of coaching support.
Fantastic experience: This is an excellent Fitness Centre I joined here for the 28 day transformation program and lost 7 kilos in 28 days.They provide a nutrition and exercise program. The exercise sessions last for 45 minutes and have a maximum of 10 people. The instructors are very professional, friendly and encouraging and know everybody on a first name basis. I have since signed up for a 28 week program and highly recommend this fitness centre. -9 months later and 3 stone lighter attending 3 times per week - Excellent results
Fantastic experience: After being a member of a chain gym for a number of years training 3 times a week I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. When I joined results fitness I was shocked how my results changed so quickly. The classes are small and like personal training but a fraction of the price. The classes are suited for anybody regardless of fitness levels or strength. I trained with Grace she’s a fantastic trainer and makes the classes so fun. It’s the easiest money I have ever spent and would highly recommend this gym if you want to loose weight or gain muscle. Don’t waste your money on a commercial gym if you want results
Fantastic experience: I came across Results Fitness and decided to give it a go although I didn't believe it would change me much. I have always had personal trainers but somehow the results were average and not as dramatic as I dreamt of. Ive been training with Grace for over two months now and I am amazed by what we have achieved together and how much is possible when you have the right trainer who motivates you, pushes you and looks out for you in many ways. She helps me track my progress, reminds me of certain things I tend to forget, takes care of how I feel and what's going in my daily life, advises me on the best solutions, recommendations on nutrition and general health. Honestly, she is the best personal trainer I could possibly imagine! Thank you very much for this amazing experience and astonishing results! I feel so much more confident, happy and proud of myself now! Couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I started the 28 day challenge with results fitness in March and im so glad i did. I have had remarkable results since then (lost 16kgs), looking better, eating better and feeling better! Genuinely I couldn't recommend it enough. Its been tough at times but its worth it, so much so that i just signed up for another 6 months. The trainers are excellent and really make training enjoyable and great craic. Loren has been training me since the start and has been great at motivating me and keeping me disciplined. She really knows her stuff - I never thought i would enjoy weights so much! Don't think twice.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Results Fitness since July 2018. I train with Noelle and Shaz in the morning sessions (6.30am). The sessions are great, we start with a good stretch and then our proper work out begins which lasts for around 30 minutes followed by a 5 minute sweat session and you're finished after 45 minutes. When I joined I had been training at another gym for 12 months but I was not seeing the results I wanted. You can monitor your weight and body fat progress using their in body machine but also physically as every 8 weeks there is a 'test week' where you try to beat your maximum weight from the previous test week. With results fitness, my plan is tailored to me and the results I want and a big hats off to Noelle and Shaz for being so motivational. Thanks guys and see you next week!
Fantastic experience: I've been training with the guys at Results Fitness now for just over 3 months and the results I have achieved are incredible. I started with the 28 day challenge and lost 12 pounds of fat (5.2%)! The attitude and dedication that Grace, Noelle, Niall and Loren have at RF is inspirational and they make sure that each session really pushes you (but within your own limits). Haven't met a a group more dedicated to its clientele than these guys. When i first spoke to Simon on the phone he guaranteed i would lose 10 pounds in 28 days or give me my money back...I thought it was too good to be true...im now 27 pounds since i started 3 months ago!
Fantastic experience: In June 2018, I started the 28 Day Challenge with Results Fitness Blackrock, training mostly with Shaz and Loren. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect, but after the 28 days, my body fat dropped by 3.8% and I lost 2.7kg through a combination of intense training and a low carb diet. I achieved a lot more than I expected in four weeks and now hope to continue the journey towards fitness and body confidence. Thank you for an incredible programme - I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I joined Results Fitness 28 Day challenge mid January and was so amazed at the results I achieved in that short time that I have now joined the Academy (the next level) . This is a really good programme focusing on nutrition and strength & conditioning. People are stopping to ask me how I've toned up and lost pounds so quickly! I feel so much better, more comfortable in my clothes and eating much healthier. There is great support from the coaches and a private Facebook group. I've never been a gym person but this is quite a different experience. I highly recommend that you try the 28 day challenge and see the results for yourself.
Fantastic experience: I joined Results Fitness for the 28 day challenge because I was stuck in a rut. I was gaining weight and feeling a little crappy. Nothing I tried over the years worked for me or I couldn’t stick to, like slimming world etc. Well, I am so glad I joined RF because I am already a better version of myself, after just 28days! I’m loosing fat, toning up, feeling great and have loads more energy! I’m also learning a lot about nutrition. Shout out to my coach Jordon who is brilliant at motivating you and Sean/Jennie and all the RF guys for their help. The sense of community in RF is exactly what I needed...so that’s why I’ve now joined the RF Academy! These guys are the real deal. I cannot recommend them enough
Fantastic experience: Nobody could ever accuse me of being a gym nerd! I never went to the places, and I could never understand why people would! But I eventually knew I needed some support, and in talking to the guys at RF Fitness, I knew I had found the right people to help me along the path to a better and healthier lifestyle. The team have been fantastic at building a community, and all of us who train there and meet each other one or two or three times a week have become more than just passing acquaintances. Noelle in particular is an incredible trainer, with an almost psychic intuition; always knowing when to cajole, instruct, encourage, support, advise. If you want to change how you look and how you feel; these are the guys!
Fantastic experience: I joined here last July doing the 28 day challenge and have been hooked ever since!!! It's an excellent gym with fantastic trainers who are 100% dedicated to their memebers. Since joining i actually enjoy getting up at 6am to go to the gym and the results speak for themselves!!!!
Fantastic experience: I joined for the 28 day challenge back in June & I stayed because of the Results Focus family. The trainers have fitness and health as their main goal for all members. They will always do what they can to help each member on his/her journey, such as dedicated meal tracking, flexibility in classes, one to one coaching, competitions with your fellow members and as much support as is needed. I couldn't recommend the gym and the trainers highly enough!
Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. The staff are all very well trained, encouraging and attentive. It has a great atmosphere and the support from other members makes a huge difference. You get out what you put in. I would highly recommend this gym whether you want to decrease body fat, gain strength or as something great to do for your mental wellbeing. Give it a try.

As a psychologist, I can clearly see the effectiveness of combining good facilities, accompanying nutritional advice and resources, and a friendly yet professional, 'open-door' policy of the highly trained staff. Fantastic experience: Excellent small sized gym classes focusing on Deadlift, Bench and Squat based exercises. Absolutely brilliant coaches and great team atmosphere around the place. Coaches drive you to look after both body and diet and always give great tips and advice. Top spot!

Fantastic experience: I won a 28 day transformation through a facebook competition back in June and that was me hooked! I've always struggled with exercise and never managed to find anything I liked. I did the usual running and normal faffing about in the gym hoping just showing up would burn sufficient calories to have me looking like a victoria secret model but when I didn't get results, I quit. I can honestly say Results Fitness have changed my entire attitude and outlook on food and training! Crazy as it sounds, I am now properly addicted to RF so much so that the 5am start 3 mornings a week is completely natural to me now! Wouldn't think of skipping it! The trainers are incredibly supportive, informative and know exactly how hard to push you to make sure you get YOUR best possible results! Really cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: I originally signed up for the 28 day challenge back in May and have never looked back, dropping 6.5 kgs of fat over the month with enjoyable but challenging classes by expert trainers that have brought the best out in me. Not only is this the best gym that I have attended but it has given me the best nutritional knowledge for my goals. I am now in the middle of my 24 week challenge where progress is tracked week on week. I am now much fitter and stronger than i ever could have imagined 6 months ago and it is through these tailored classes and nutritional info. This gym was also very accommodating for me during my exams as I was able to freeze my account to allow me more time to study and I can't thank them enough for this. Don't ever be afraid to contact a member of staff about what they do, my biggest regret is not joining sooner than I did!
Fantastic experience: I joined results fitness as a part of the 28 day challenge, I was terrified as I had tried numerous gyms over the years with no success, however a week in to the challenge I absolutely loved it. I have now been going to the gym for 4 months and it was the best thing I ever did. The class times are really flexible so I couldn’t use the ‘I have no time’ excuse and the trainers are all absolutely amazing, they are so helpful and motivating. I am also losing body fat and already feeling much better in myself. I would definitely recommend this gym to any of my friends and family :)
Fantastic experience: Started with Fit Pros in August. Must say one of the best gym experiences I've ever had. The coaches are all so friendly and really care how you progress and develop. They are excellent for helping set both short and long term goals and then also helping you realise those goals. The weekly check in's with your designated coach to see how you're progressing are brilliant and help identifying areas that you may be slipping in whether that be diet/sleep or actually making it to your weekly sessions. Would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to get fit or who is looking for a good atmosphere to progress from there.
Fantastic experience: After joining Results Fitness over a year ago, I am still being challenged and improving my strength and fitness during every session. The trainers are brilliant – friendly, highly knowledgeable and invested in their clients’ goals & progression. The training program is dynamic and updated regularly, as well as this, it is adaptable based on a client’s level of experience and fitness – this means that everyone is being challenged at a level that is right for them. With classes beginning from 5.45 in the morning and running until late in the evening, there is an opportunity to fit a session in to any busy schedule! Fantastic experience: I signed up for the FitPros 28 day challenge on a whim and never looked back. These guys promise results and they get them! The coaches are interested in each of you individually and are always available to give training or nutrition advice. And encourage you to push yourself that little bit further each time.

Fantastic experience: Results Fitness trainers are so supportive and patient with every client they have, they're aware everyone has their own limits and are open to tailoring programs to suit personal needs such as injuries etc. The small classes are great and makes it feel as though you almost have one on one sessions. Fantastic experience: I originally signed up to do the 28 day challenge but decided to stay on as it’s such an amazing gym and has really educated me on fitness, technique and nutrition! My body has changed so much since joining fit pros and I feel so much more comfortable and confident in my own body! I’ve always felt intimidated in the gym setting but fit pros is such a friendly atmosphere with amazing coaches that I now feel more confident in the gym!

Fantastic experience: No hanging about with this lot, in every sense of the word. The team is serious about helping you get your results, be it weight loss, muscle gain, or recovery from injury. In addition to well constructed and effective training sessions (no waiting on equipment...ever!) They offer great motivational and nutritional support. Have a niggle that is holding you back? These guys will adapt the training and nutrition programs so you can bounce back, whilst booking results. A brilliant resource to help you get fit, look great and feel amazing. Highly recommended!!!
Fantastic experience: I'm your stereotypical join a gym in Jan and stop going in Feb and stay away for so long that im too embarrassed to go back. But this place is not your stereotypical gym. Its designed for everyone, all different shapes and sizes start, but very few are the same shape after a few weeks! My fitness, strength and general energy levels are the best they have been. Instructors are very personable and knowledgeable. They make the effort fun!
Fantastic experience: Best fitness / training team I have joined. Have tried lots of different training regimes in the past but this is by far the one I have enjoyed and benefited from the most. Very friendly and knowledgable team there supporting you every step of the way. The sessions are short, sharp and focused, but also fun! Would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Results Fitness for the past 1,5 years, and I keep coming back because of the fantastic trainers they have, the great atmosphere and buzz there is in the gym during classes, and the fact you never really know what you are walking into during a class. They focus much of their time on the techniques involved in Deadlift, Benchpress and Squat, and all other exercises is designed to help strengthen your body to do those three lifts properly. But it’s not just strength. The exercises and programs are also designed to get your heart-rate up so you will but a lot of calories during a session, which can lead to you losing body fat at an incredible rate. Results Fitness changed my way of looking at doing gym, and they have truly build a great foundation and community for both seniors and new joiners at the gym.
Fantastic experience: From a personal point of view joining Fitpros was a no brainer. I've spent a lot of my late teens and early 20's involved in various sporting teams around the country and as a result have been in many gyms. None have come close to the standard of service and quality that fitpros has to offer. The staff very friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about their jobs which makes fitpros a great environment to be part of.
Fantastic experience: I chose Fitpros due to its small group, motivated and intense training classes focusing on both strength and conditioning! A positive of Fitpros on it doesn't focus just on weight loss but also strength and improving your ability. The personal trainers are so motivated, checking in weekly to see how you are coping the with your flexible dieting and if you are seeing results, when you have given up hope they provide motivation! Fitpros is a great invest and a happy environment to train in!
Fantastic experience: I joined FitPros as I was tired year after year paying cheap membership for commercial gyms with no progress. Since joining in November I lost 14kg (two pants sizes). This was down to the help of very experienced instructors giving me the right advice & the right training routine. The FitPros daily programme works really well with encouragement to always do better. The instructors in FitPros are very personal & down to earth people which made me not just look at fitness as a have to do activity but wanting to do. My biggest learning was looking at fitness as a way of living & their macro system worked really well for me. The one thing that has exceeded my expectations from this was the benefits of the weight loss on my mental state. I feel much happier and have a lot more energy in my everyday life. If you're unsure about what to do in a gym, unsure how to go about fitness & weight loss I would say join and see the benefits as I struggled with my weight for years. As the guys say here you get as much out of it as you put in :)
Fantastic experience: I joined FiT Pros as part of the 28 Day Challenge for May and I have had a fantastic experience so far. I took on the challenge because I was struggling to find an exercise programme that I enjoyed and that would keep me motivated to get fit and stay fit. I never felt comfortable in any gym I joined before as I wasn't sure which equipment to use and any advise and tutorials I got from staff would never keep my interest long enough to see results. Phil and his team have made me feel so comfortable from day one and have been on hand to offer all the support and encouragement I need to keep motivated and to stick with my programme. The nutrition plan has been easy to follow and the booklet I was given is brilliant to have on hand to refer back to my goals and guidelines for the eating plan. I always said I never liked using weights in previous gyms I was part of, but FiT Pros has changed my perception of using weights and I now love using them and the results they have given me so far. I would have no problem recommending FiT Pros to all my friends and family. If you are looking for an exercise and nutritional programme that makes you feel strong, full of energy and happy in yourself FiT Pros is the place for you. Fantastic experience: Fitpros is the best gym I ever have,lovely trainees,lots of lovely people and very approachable. Been in Fitpros for 6 months now,very happy to stay though I'm back to work full time. I started back sept 2016 after having 4 months old baby,and I seen a big result after 2 weeks ,from size 12 down to size 8 after 3 months of training.very happy to continue my membership to fitpro.it give me loads of strength and energy!love this gym and it's highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Fit Pros is one of the best clubs I decided to join. It’s like no other mainstream gym. Everyone is super friendly and there is always such a great positive fun environment. The fitness team is world class. I love been able to go for a work out and know that there are trained staff looking at all your lifts and exercises and making sure that your form and all is perfect. I used to have major back problem and thought that it limited me to what I can do in the gym. But thanks to the guys a Fit Pros and after nearly a year working with them they were able to correct the way I was lifting and I am finally able to deadlift and squat again and be in no pain. I love how every 8 weeks they test us to see how much we have improved and they also change up the workouts.
Fantastic experience: I signed up with Fitpros supposedly just for 3 months but still there nearly a year now. I find gyms intimidating as I'm not sure which and what and how to use machines /equipments. But in Fitpros the coaches are brilliant and really helpful from fitness to nutritional stuff. It's almost like a personal trainer. Small classes and friendly atmosphere. So far feeling fitter and stronger. 5 stars to Fitpros! Very highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: My life has changed radically since joining FitPros – I’m eating better, sleeping better and generally have way more energy! I originally signed up for their 28 day programme because I needed to get my ass in gear. It was five minutes from work and I liked the idea that it was all class based – I’d never joined a gym and knew that I needed something with structure and guidance. I got way more than I bargained for. Joining FitPros is like becoming part of a little community; the support from everyone is ah-mazing. I cannot recommend FitPros and it’s staff highly enough (thank you again Loren!). I totally forgot any nerves I had about being a gym newbie during the first week and a month in, I still feel comfortable asking questions and looking for advice on training and nutrition. If you are motivated to lead a healthier life, these guys can help you achieve this.
Fantastic experience: I was completely stuck in a rut and needed a change and when I saw the advert for fit pros 28 day transformation challenge for March I knew I had to give it a go. Weight training seemed a bit daunting but as soon as I started I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the strength and conditioning classes as well as the circuits and was over the moon to win the challenge. I've since stayed on and am continuing to get stronger while losing weight healthily. Every member of staff is super supportive, you couldn't ask for a better team. The encouragement and tips and recipes are really helpfully and they give you the motivation to keep going. If you're on the fence about whether to sign up to one of the 28 transformation challenges or just in general I would highly recommend you give it a go. You absolutely won't regret it and you'll wonder why you hadn't tried here sooner!
Fantastic experience: I really can't praise this gym enough..Fantastic class programs that are constantly being mixed up so you never get bored..the trainers are excellent and very friendly..I joined last year and am still loving the process..I didn't think I could be this strong or fit..plus there isn't a mirror insight on the training floor!! You definitely get value for money at this gym, across training, nutrition and the amount of time the trainers put into the classes.
Fantastic experience: I joined Fitpros just over one year ago. In that year I have achieved results which I never imagined I could achieve. I initially joined to lose some weight and improve my fitness levels. The things which appealed to me when I joined were the small classes, the variety of class times as I do shift work, the level of attention you receive from the coaches who ensure you are doing exercises with the correct form at all times and the friendly encouraging environment in the gym. Since joining in February 2015 I have lost 2 stone in weight, dropped my body fat percentage significantly, dropped 3 dress sizes and completely changed my shape. The upside of this being I have had to buy a completely new wardrobe and I have improved my energy and fitness levels significantly. With the nature of my job I used to come home after long days in work and have the energy to do nothing but now i would easily go to a class after work. I had attended a variety of classes before but never really felt like I was achieving major results due to the high number of people in classes and impersonal nature of them. The things which have exceeded my expectations is the level of support I receive from the coaches in all aspects of my nutrition and fitness. I have completely changed my lifestyle and each week I am still seeing my strength improving which may be in the form of an extra rep or lifting a heavier weight. If you are thinking about joining Fitpros I would just say go for it, you won't regret it. If I can do it anyone can, the classes cater for all levels of ability and all shapes and sizes. My only regret is that I didn't know about Fitpros years ago and join then!!
Fantastic experience: Fitpro’s works for me because unlike any other gyms your not left on your own, to wonder about the gym thinking what to do, or how to even use the equipment. The booking in group sessions format, is so practical as you can do this in advance and plan your week ahead. I like how fit pros have made and continue to make improvements to the gym. Other little things like free protein really makes a difference, as its there after your session, making it super easy to include it into your routine. Sunday session they change it up with circuits which are oh so tough but totally worth it in the end. If your thinking about joining Fit Pros and can’t make up your mind, I like how you can always contact any of the trainers when you need help, via email or Facebook and they respond, which gets you out of a fix.
