Fantastic experience: Best gym in Ireland! Been living for the past 8 years in the country and been doing Muay Thai for almost 10, moved to Dun Laoghaire recently and it’s been few months that I’ve been attending this gym. Passion, pure dedication, hard work and a high fight IQ strategy is what you will find here. Headcoach Cian is a true professional and serious fighter, you can clearly see he loves what he does and he lives teaching. All the other coaches are great too, each with their unique style. Learning a lot from Tom at the moment, can’t wait to showcase my skills on the ring learnt during this journey!

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys trained in this gym. Both played alot of sports but Thai boxing just gave them confidence, strength and belief in themselves. They both where at very different ages starting, yet it didn't make a difference. I noticed the same results in both of them. I definitely put it down to the trainers, it's so professional yet easy going. I highly recommend this place to everyone
