Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym for my trip to Ireland from NY and happened to find Fit100. So happy I did. The perfect place to keep up my Hyrox training while on vacation. What a great variety of equipment and classes. Best of all a welcoming gym family!!!.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff. Plenty of squat racks and cables for strength and conditioning. Almost all free weight exercises so if that's something you're interested in this is the perfect place for you.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a place where you can workout in peace, without having to worry if somebody is looking at you or judging the way you workout, go to FIT100. This gym is a place where you go to workout, not to show off how much weights you can lift or who has more muscles. Everybody mind their business. And not only that, but if you're a newbie and don't know how to lift weights or how to do any exercice in particular, there's always a coach/trainer in the floor that will assist you. They're all super qualified and have lots of experience. You also get a programme when you sign up and it's super handy because every exercise has a video that shows you how to do the exercice properly, and if you still have doubts, you can always ask the coaches. The HIIT classes are mad. If you want to sweat a lot, make sure you try one of the classes. After a couple of sessions you'll notice how much you improved. They also have physio rooms, personal training, Dexa scan, Normatec recovery boots, a huuuuuge Astroturf with a private gym aside and they will open soon flotation tanks. Plus, they just changed their membership prices so anybody, no matter your income, can join. And another thing that, personally, is super important for me, it's that you feel super comfortable there. Everybody is friendly and willing to help.

Fantastic experience: Calvin spent time with my meal plans. Checked in on me to make sure I was doing well. Custom plan just for me. He is extremely professional and wants to make sure you succeed. Amazing cost for the quality! I now have the tools to help myself and will go back for more meals plans. I’ve been charged way more for less help with other plans.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to in limerick. Fantastic setup and friendly staff! The app is really good at managing the numbers in the gym at any given time and the covid controls in place make it a very safe place to workout. Would definitely recommend
