We help people lose weight, gain muscle, get fitter, work with their injuries, prevent injuries and aid with back pain. We have clients that stay with us for over 10 years because they can see the benefits of training with us and we ensure to keep them healthy and fit. We train teenagers, middle ages people and people 60+.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Personal Training service. My experience with Dara and Vilma have been really positive. So attentive to technique and really push you to your limit but most importantly at a pace you're comfortable with. I've been training in David Sisks now for around 10 months and I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
