Negative experience: I want to tell you about the situation that is happening here in the showers of the pool. The situation is very tragic, the showers cabins have not been cleaned for months.. the cleaners sit at the reception or smoke around the corner, I don’t understand where the manager is looking. I have been visiting to LeisureWorld for more than five years, but I have never seen such unsanitary conditions and dirt before. People, be careful and do not touch the walls and only go to the shower from the beach shoes in the shower if you do not want to get some kind of infection. I don’t understand where the Irish health service services are looking.

Fantastic experience: There’s a great atmosphere in the gym. When I was living in Cork, I loved going there after a day of work. The swimming pool is good, as well. Moreover, they offer a relaxing sauna, which is not too hot. The prices are reasonable. It’s a place where everyone is welcome.

Fantastic experience: We took our son to LeisureWorld for a family swim. He has Cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user. The staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. They were absolutely fab and went out of their way to make sure our time in the venue was as enjoyable as ever. A member of staff even brought out a wheeled chair to the pool and told us that we could have use of it to move our son around instead if having to carry him. Thank you all so much for making our morning so much fun!

Fantastic experience: Impossible to book as website won't work and they won't pick up the ohoe but luckily the staff fit us in when we just arrived. Such a great facility to take the kids swimming they have a learning pool and a little slide and a big slide for them they absolutely love it here There is also a nice big pool and sauna and steam room for adults

Positive experience: Come swimming here with my family, it’s super fun! The slide it actually long and you go down quite fast! But it’s only open for like 20 minutes every like 2 hours or something and it’s kinda annoying but still a fun pool to swim in

Negative experience: Should really give no stars wouldn't allow my son and daughter to enter the pool and extremely discriminatory towards my autistic son didn't read her name badge but she was around 18 with bleached highlights glasses and acne.

Positive experience: Pretty good and basic swimming pool. Can get a little crowded, depending on daytime. Including in entry fee, steam room and sauna included. Very good value.

Positive experience: Public pool/gym so for what it is it's good . I come here regularly to use the pool and sauna. Kid loves the water slide.

Negative experience: Brak haczyków w przebieralniach. Nie działającą suszarka do włosów. Ogólnie wszystko jakieś stare i zaniedbane. Basen czysty, woda ciepła. Ale już tam nie wrócę raczej.

Fantastic experience: Great fun kids had a ball. Girl on reception was very helpful and gave recommendations for future visits.

Negative experience: Expensive and very very boring

Positive experience: Great place to swim, there’s a children friendly zone where the water is not too high for them to ensure upmost safety and a deep pool for those who prefer swimming deep. Now sure how often he water is clean, sometimes I find hair in the pool but overall it’s a great place to swim. There are lockers, showers and hairdryers too.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with a variety of Personal Trainers in different parts of the world, the last two being in Russia, Moscow and Pt. Petersburg. I am now working with Adrian in the LeisureWorld complex in Churchfield. I would use only two words to describe Adrian as a Personal Trainer … “World Class”

Fantastic experience: Really nice shallow area for the smallies. BIG slide for older kids and good size pool for those after a workout. All separate to each other so no crossing the streams! Place has a really nice relaxed atmosphere too

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this pool. It is not crowded and could swim without any distruction. I guess I will return as often as possible.

Negative experience: Nightmare to book 2 kids for swimming. Left 3 email with booking enquiries. Called many times, left my number to the customer service but no one called back. I don’t understand why you have a app for a family of (4) booking or single adult. But no option for kids to book online.

Fantastic experience: Downloaded the LeisureWorld app and joined using the free membership; very simple to use the booking and payment system. The family pool sessions fill up fast so I'd recommend booking a few days in advance (the single swim seem to always be available, so if it's just you, you'll probably be OK booking closer to the day you want). I arrived with my two girls a few mins before allotted time and the staff member on desk was very helpful. The facility has ample changing cubicles, lockers (1 euro) , toilets and showers (the website says not available due to covid, but they are in use). There is a fun flume that the kids love, lots of footballs to play catch, pool noodles and swimming aids. There is a nice little pool for smaller kids, with a fun slide and toys to keep them busy, a bigger play pool and the large pool for bigger kids. The lifeguards seem vigilant and it is attended at all times. There is also a large inflatable that you can get into, but we didn't try that out on this visit. The session cost €20 for a family (2 adults 2 kids or 1 adult 3 kids, kids under 4 go free). You get 1 hour, which tbh is plenty. Will definitely be going again, and highly recommend.

Negative experience: People were charged for full price and they can't use all facilities. Everyone can touch the same dumbbells but all matts, rollers and other equipment is gone from the gym because of transmission. Saunas can't be use from 2 years because of covid also. It doesn't look like will be open. Such a joke. It is robbery like. By the way pool is flighty with used plasters and other rubbish. Open place fully or close that covids circus !

Positive experience: Great. Receptionist fitted us in despite not booking. It's not as good as the centre in Bishopstown and the automatic detecting showers are a pain and are often hard to restart. But overall a good experience though the time in the pool is shockingly low

Negative experience: Just had the worse experience ever dont even deserve a star staff so rude and condescending and not a bit helpful in the pool area my grandchild was very upset by one of the instructor and then was very rude to my daughter swimming is suppose to be an enjoyable experience not have the child crying he said he has 15years experience where he couldn't see that the child was upset and crying he waited five minutes before the lesson was over to take her out and then be rude to the child's mum and then have the reception area staff just as rude because we asked for the .money back we didn't get what we paid for plus badly mis informed and didn't even get the child's name right and didn't even know what class she was in but very quick to demand the money for the lesson 100 euros and being going there for the last year and half to be treated like that

Positive experience: Lovely and clean but very crowded pool could not swim properly, went to the last session of the day and still was jammed and chaotic. So many people just go to chat and block the pool up very frustrating when you want to exercise, not the staff's fault but maybe management ought to limit numbers or have casual sessions verses people who want to actually swim sessions.

Fantastic experience: Went to Leaisureworld Churchfield this morning. It was my first time going to the GYM in a long time being a woman in my 40s I was nervous going in but I have to say the instructor Liz was fantastic and put me at ease I really enjoyed it and cant wait to go back again.
