Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym in dundalk, excellent equipment, huge range of equipment you will not get in other gyms in ireland let alone dundalk.staff are friendly, hours are great , only negatives staff start closing up 40mins before closing time, esp at wknds switching off music etc to get you moving,quite rude. Also eating hot cooked food in the canteen with the door open and the smell going through the gym floor is very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Switched to Apex about 4 months ago and haven’t looked back! I needed a PT to put me through my paces, so I got in touch with Jamie and he’s been great to work with, tailors his programs to suit each individual and doesn’t take a one size fits all approach. Conversations throughout the sessions are always good too, makes any nerves or anxiety you might have in the beginning disappear! Everyone else who I’ve spoken to in the gym are all friendly and supportive for anyone who steps inside. Highly recommend joining! (No long term commitment like most of the gyms around, just pay by the month)

Positive experience: The gym is nice. Good equipment in there. Good place for CrossFit, powerlifting, weightlifting etc. But the changing rooms and showers are disaster. They need to be cleaned and completely redone.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend apex strength and conditioning more highly by far the biggest and best gym in Dundalk great attitude towards it's client's. I've done two bootcamps under Kenneth Coleman lost 6kg body fat in bootcamp one. And made some serious gains in bootcamp two. Currently in the middle of the muscle building program really enjoying it so far.
