Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff , also has alot of machines to get a good workout in no matter what your training , best gym in dundalk when it comes to leg machines there are so many options to make any leg day a good day , overall it's a complete gym with machines for everything you want to train , if you dont know what to train there is classes and personal training available too , it also has changing rooms and showers , the price is also good and you get a cheaper deal if you set up a direct debit, full 5 stars from me

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend apex strength and conditioning more highly by far the biggest and best gym in Dundalk great attitude towards it's client's. I've done two bootcamps under Kenneth Coleman lost 6kg body fat in bootcamp one. And made some serious gains in bootcamp two. Currently in the middle of the muscle building program really enjoying it so far.
