Tailormade Fitness Carrick-On-Suir

Fantastic experience: As a complete novice to the gym (and a little anxious) the experience so far has been fantastic. From the quick reply to the first email, to the first meeting, you are made feel welcome. The coaches are very knowledgeable and give great encouragement. They show you how to use all the equipment at every class so you get the best out of your work out every session. Only 8 weeks in and I love every class, all the members are great too and I can't wait to see where this journey goes! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Who knew that I would look forward to working out every day ...I've been a member since October 2023 and have stayed consistent every week since. The reasons? Great coaches that have helped me get stronger, fitter and healthier, making me accountable for my progress, who know our capability even when we don't... the motivation and encouragement you get from coaches and fellow members, celebrating those little, but hard fought-for wins with you ...the fun atmosphere in every class that almost makes working out effortless ... almost !

Fantastic experience: Joining Tailormade Fitness is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. A fantastic team of coaches Luke Kieran & Heather it is very evident it is more than a job to them they genuinely want you to do well, improve and have fun in a friendly environment with absolutely no judgement. I really enjoy the social aspect of the gym aswel as the training everyone is so nice no matter which time, class or day it is we are all there to support each other. Fantastic experience: The change in routine every 6 weeks is great, it's a great challenge so the work outs are not getting boring. The coaches are always ready to help and encourage.

Fantastic experience: Been training with the lads since November 2024 and what an experience it has been always struggled to fit into any gym environment and even when I was in the gym I just wasn’t able to get the results I wanted but this wasn’t the case in Tailormade coaching Your made feel welcome the second you step on that door the coaches can’t do enough for you and are always there to help them n any questions you may have Great gym with great members and brilliant coaches

Fantastic experience: I joined Tailormade Carrick in October 2022 after many failed attempts at being consistent with the gym over the previous years. Tailormade caters for people of all ages and all abilities-from beginners to experienced and everything in between. The atmosphere in Tailormade is second to none, everyone encourages one another and there’s not a class I go to that we don’t have a laugh. Both Kieran and Luke go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the most out of your class, they hold you accountable and even celebrate with you in all your achievements. Joining Tailormade is one of the best things I have done for myself.

Fantastic experience: Big thanks the luke and kieran excellent coaches. I'm in the gym nearly 2 years the lads are excellent they give me the push I need to progress, help with nutrition, advice on how to achieve my goals and walk me through any concerns if I have them. I look forward to going everyday the programmes are always changing so I'm always challenged and never bored. I always feel comfortable and welcomed by coaches. Well done lads see ye in the morning

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Tailormade Carrick on Suir since September 2022, The classes are designed for every ability level, every exercise is demonstrated and adapted to each individual’s ability level, and the lads are always on hand to show you, or correct you so that you learn to do it right and avoid injury, It’s a lovely environment with a mix of all ages and ability, highly recommend Tailormade if you’re looking to get a bit stronger and feel more confident and be the best version of yourself. And most importantly it’s a bit of fun too!

Fantastic experience: I joined Tailormade Carrick on Suir around March this year. I've never before been so consistent attending a gym before. I think this is down to the lovely and helpful staff and the layout of the classses etc. Each move is explained and you are guided through everything. I actually look forward to the classes and I have made great progress over last few months with fitness and I have toned up & look/feel better. There is a great mixture of people going which i find is less intimidating. Just lots of normal people trying to be healthier. The best move I've made this year is joining Tailormade thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Joining Tailormade in Carrick was the best thing I ever did. From the initial consultation over the phone with Oisin to a tour of the gym and a chat with Luke about what areas I most needed help with and any goals I had for the future. I've never felt nervous or anxious going in it's such a welcoming and friendly environment I really look forward to going in to do my classes. I highly recommend anyone to join, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Luke was very helpful when I visited for the first time.He was great. I was also introduced to Cathal and Adrien . I really enjoyed my first class which was led by luke and no more than 8 in the class which is a huge asset . Initially I spoke to Paul who was extremely helpful also in filling me in about Tailor-made Fitness .

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Tailormade Fitness especially the Small Group/SGT programme for new joiners, I have found the programme excellent as within the small group setting you have the comfort of been with a small group but getting 1-1 guidance & tips from coaches to show me what to do & how to do each exercise which then really gave me the confidence to attend as many of the classes as I wished on the flexible timetable from early mornings to late evening within the same week. Having the option of spinning classes is a great addition too. All the coaches are top notch, 100% supportive & approachable as well as the existing members which adds to the friendly and welcoming plus motivating atmosphere in the gym. Only regret is that I didn’t join sooner ️‍♀️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: From the day I started at Tailormade Carrick on suir everyone was so friendly and accommodating, there’s always a coach there to help you along the way and they aren’t afraid to push you to work hard!! I’ve been with Tailormade for 3 months now and have noticed an incredible improvement in my strength and overall fitness, I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of joining a gym!!

Fantastic experience: Like everybody I was nervous to join a new gym but all the staff at tailormade are so friendly and inviting. Tailormade offers a variety of classes that are suitable for all levels. Each exercise is demonstrated and observed by one of the highly trained staff. The time table works well for people doing shift work with an easy to use app to book classes. I Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am honoured to be a member of the Tailormade community. The concept of the training structure is absolutely fantastic in that as a member, we are trained to the highest standards of coaching. Each training session is specifically designed to help us become the best version of ourselves. To make the experience thoroughly enjoyable, we are in small groups of wonderful people who all want to lead healthier and happier lives. All members have a different story with different goals, but we all share the same desire to fulfil our longevity. From a personal experience, Tailormade has helped me immensely to become stronger and my mobility as greatly improved. It can be daunting to step into a gym for the first time but not this gym. All members are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome on every visit. We all know each other on a first name basis which adds to the community spirit. Fantastic experience: The lads are all so lovely and always give a warm welcome when you walk through the door. I was a bit apprehensive when I started training 12 weeks ago but I feel like I've been there years already. The classes are tailored towards every level and you can go at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Tailormade Fitness to anybody. No matter what state of mind or how you feel about going to the gym, Tailormade Fitness is great, all of the trainers are so welcoming and make you feel at home. I would’ve never thought 3 months ago the difference in my mental health, my body and my fitness in general. I look forward to going to the gym every day, having chats with all of the trainers, they push you to keep going but also keep in mind what your limits are. I have more confidence in myself now than I ever have and seeing your clothes sizes coming down is a bonus and helps you keep going. There isn’t much more you could ask for than the kindness of everybody there. Again I would highly recommend, come join us and see how much it can change your life

Fantastic experience: I joined Tailormade Fitness in Carrick 12 weeks ago. I wasn’t really sure what to expect having gone to the same trainer for the past 12 years. All of the guys in there are so helpful and really make the sessions enjoyable. I try do the early mornings with work and now look forward to going in there. It sets my day off the right way and while have more energy during the day, I am sleeping better too. Thanks for all the help guys.

Fantastic experience: I Would highly recommend tailormade fitness if your looking to start your fitness journey or even looking for a new gym to join, all the coaches are really nice and so professional. 3 months ago I couldn’t imagine stepping foot inside a gym, now down 8kg just over one stone! If you told me 3 months ago that I would be capable of losing that much in 3 months I wouldn’t believe it, joining this gym has been the best decision I’ve made so far. everyone makes you feel so welcome I couldn’t imagine not going now, there’s a wide range of classes that suit all people of different fitness levels whatever your goal is ⭐️

Fantastic experience: The staff and facilities at Tailormade Fitness are excellent. I was worried about starting back at a gym after a major operation, and so long doing nothing during lockdown. But I needn't have worried, all the trainers at Tailormade made coming back the gym a great experience. If your thinking of joining a gym Tailormade Fitness is great choice, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The staff and facilities are fantastic here - very attentive and supportive. I joined after the lockdown and have been having a blast since. I had become quite unfit during COVID and joining Tailormade Fitness has given the boost I needed to re-energise - I am now flying with both full time work and university post-grad studies. The first month can be difficult if you go in unfit like I did, but with some effort you will feel amazing once you get over that first hump. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Loving my time with the lads at Tailormade Fitness Carrick.....classes are fun and varied....I had an injury and my class was tailored to suit me whilst I recovered and to aid my recovery.... the lads check in with me every now and then so see how I'm getting on and if there is anything I'd like to see more of....... training with weights is always well supervised and advice always given.....all in all a great place to spend a morning or evening

The equipment and layout is to a very high standard for the delivery of classes. The staff are professional in their approach to classes and they are very good at communicating the various workouts in the classes.
