Fantastic experience: Has every machine you could ask for. Separate areas to train. Very chilled atmosphere. My only gripe is not enough treadmills. But that very minor. AJ should be commended for what he put together.

Negative experience: Lots of equipment but the gym and toilets are very dirty. Staff are not too welcoming and don't seem interested in new people joining the community. I asked for one-to-one PT but was pushed aside a bit, then I asked for a programme which I never received. Would not recommend for anyone new to a gym or who may need support of any kind.

Negative experience: The gym is very well equipped but quite unclean. I waited almost 5 months for a program that I never received, even when I followed up a few times and just told it was on the way. It is not the most welcoming place as they seem to care about particular type of client only - I would not recommend for someone who is new to a gym. They do have everything in there you could possibly need and it would suit someone who is very experienced and does not need any support.

Fantastic experience: Love everything about this gym,everything you need, friendly genuine service Aj and Aoife are the best at their job, had work by Aoife done on my shoulders, back and leg, she is a miracle worker, highly recommend if you have any pain or muscle tension etc, massage, cupping and dry needling job done feeling much better
