Fantastic experience: Having tried a few different options I find Curves suits me best, the 30 minute workouts and classes in between, fit around work. The staff are super friendly, encouraging and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best thing I did for myself was joining here. I ve lost so much inches wise but gained a lot confidence, motivation and fitness wise. The coaches are welcoming and motivating but above all friendly and kind in this world of fitness and self esteem that goes a long way. Do it you won't be sorry!

Fantastic experience: A workout regime tailored for women, half hour sessions, doesn't take up your whole day and you come out energised! The staff are fantastic and practice what they preach. Their enthusiasm is contagious, their praise is real and if you miss a few sessions, they phone you to see if you are OK. They can guide you on what you want to change, weight, strength, stamina /endurance etc. Check them out!
