Located in the heart of Gorey, True Warrior Gym is a premier martial arts and fitness center established over a decade ago by an expert coach with more than 35 years of experience in Chinese martial arts, callisthenics, and kickboxing. Our flagship Kung Fu programme, affiliated with the prestigious Yang’s Martial Arts Association (YMAA), offers an authentic immersion into the world of Chinese boxing. Students train in both Northern Long Fist and Southern White Crane styles, learning functional physical techniques and progressive martial skills. For younger practitioners, our engaging Kids Kung Fu classes (ages 8-12) use fun activities to build fundamental skills, concentration, and confidence, while instilling important values of martial morality and perseverance through the legendary 'Carp Leaping Over the Dragon Gate' concept.

In addition to traditional martial arts, we offer dynamic Callisthenics and Kickboxing sessions. Our bodyweight training is structured to help both beginners and experienced athletes unlock their full physical potential, moving from simple movements to advanced skills like handstands and muscle-ups. Our kickboxing and Shaolin Sanda classes focus on self-defense, full-body conditioning, and cardiovascular fitness, providing a robust foundation for real-world combat scenarios.
