As proud members of the I.T.A. (Irish Taekwon-Do Association) and recognized by the Irish Sports Council, we are affiliated with prestigious organizations like the A.E.T.F. (All European Taekwon-Do Federation) and the I.T.F. (International Taekwon-Do Federation). This accreditation ensures that our training and programs adhere to the highest standards in martial arts.
Our classes are designed to enhance physical fitness, improve agility, balance, and coordination, while also boosting confidence and social skills. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: Fantastic club. Really non-threatening and welcoming atmosphere. You've got a mixture of students of different ages and abilities all working together with no egos. Never too late to start. I joined in my forties with no real experience and felt immediately at home.

They really take the time to train each of the kids and give great advice and training tip when they are struggling with anything.
