Fantastic experience: Gillian has worked with me for 5 years. I never thought I would ever have the stamina or fitness to run a 5k let alone a longer distance. She has been patient, never judging, always listens and has encouraged me all the time. She also has practical tips for managing common complaints that people not used to physical exercise or weight training may experience like plantar fascia pain, bursitis, back pain. I would recommend her to anyone looking to lose weight, gain confidence running, and learn basic weight training programmes to improve physical strength, toning, and core strength. Ronan

Fantastic experience: Gillian is an excellent coach and motivational trainer. Never did I think that I would take up running again in my 50s, and here I am, working towards 5 kms with Gillian cycling beside me on her bike. After each run and 20 minutes of weight training I feel exhilarated and full of energy. The Hayfield Manor is a wonderful setting for our meetings. I couldn't do this without Gillian whose coaching and mentoring are inspirational. Thank you, Gillian, and looking forward to our next training session!
Fantastic experience: I have been doing one on one training sessions with Gillian for over a year now on and off. I cannot recommend Gillian enough. For years I tried all sorts of gyms and classes and never got the results I was aiming for. Gillian set out my goals from day one listening to what I personally wanted to achieve and helped me to achieve these goals in a very short space of time. I continue to attend Gillians personal training sessions because she always keeps me motivated and encourages to achieve more. Gillian has not only helped my physical health but also my mental health. Gillian is very approachable and very helpful and has still provided support to me at home during the Covid19 lockdown. I have no hesitation in recommending Gillian.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Gillian highly enough. She has worked with me to regain my fitness and weight (plus a bit) after the birth of my baby. She has a very informed and supportive approach which helped me to focus on the task at hand. I really enjoy my sessions with Gillian who is genuinely a great person to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I started attending Gillian in my mid fifties . I had never been for a jog in my life and couldn't believe that one year later I would be jogging regularly 3 times per week for 40 mins thanks to her support training and motivation , She has a gentle approach and she tailors your fitness regime to your age ,previous fitness level and lifestyle but is pushing you forward all the time .I now feel far more energized . I highly recommend Gillian for personal training .

Positive experience: I would highly recommend Gillian as a personal trainer. I worked with Gillian over the summer, she designed a programme (fitness and eating) which I found excellent and am continuing to use. I found the training sessions with Gillian excellent, she has a great approach which achieves results.

Fantastic experience: Gillian is so supportive and kind. She always finds something encouraging to help you continue with the work. She never pushes you to far so that you feel it's too much but does keep subtly pushing with each session.
