2 years ago Fantastic experience: I started at letreehealth personal training in 2019 with type 2 diabetes my hba1c was at 89 I was on 2 metaformin a day and rising.since I started iam on no medication and my hba1c is at 34 better then people with no diabetes at all so it is a great help and thanks.
