Fantastic experience: I can not rate Kevin as a coach highly enough! When I started working with Kevin I had tried to lose weight an uncountable amount of times in many different ways. The biggest obsticles for me were always sticking to a "healthy diet" and really having a lot of anxiety around the gym. I lost so much money paying for memberships I hardly ever used because every time I would go to the gym I just felt so out of place. From the very first talk with Kevin about my goals and motivation he was just amazing. He really listened and took great care to explaint to me why I was struggling, and how we would work to over come it. From then the journey with Kevin has been life changing (and I mean life changing)! When Kevin gives me work outs to do or meal plans to follow they are always so clear and detailed. He really takes the time to make sure I understand every aspect in order to succeed. The check ins are amazing. Its really clear that he is paying attention to how i'm doing and progressing, and the plans and training really reflect this. When Kevin checks in he is not just interested in my gym/weight loss/ diet but he also checks up on me and how my mentality and anxiety is progressing too. When I say Kevin has helped me in more ways than I can say I mean it! For the first time in my life I feel great about how I look and feel. My confidence has increased hugely because of this journey- something I know from past experience I could have never achieved without his help. I initially signed up to work with Kevin for a short term until I got confidence and lost a bit of weight. Kevin's mentoring has helped me see that I can change my goals and reach what I thought was way out of my grasp. I plan to stay as a client with Kevin as long as I can! Could not recommend his coaching enough.
Fantastic experience: I worked with Kevin for just over a year and could not recommend him enough to anybody wanting to get the best out of their fitness journey. I always went to the gym on and off but struggled to create a consistent routine and struggled to eat properly, Kevin helped me to do this in such an easy way. He gave all the training programmes based on what I asked of him and what my goals were and then when it came to the meals he worked with food that I enjoyed and not just a set meal to get all the calories in. I definitely saw a huge difference when I started working with Kevin, and would recommend him to anybody.
Fantastic experience: I started working with Kev in January and can’t explain how happy I am. I was nervous at first with the idea of an online coach, not sure how it would work or if it was even worth it. But, kev took the time to explain things to me beforehand and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He helped me through fast responses over text, and was always just a call away. No matter what issue I have wether it is regarding diet, exercise or even just mindset he always takes time to speak with me and tackle the issue. He has put in place plans that fit me as an individual and that cater to my lifestyle. He holds me responsible but I never feel judged if I have a tough week. It feels like I have someone there to help me push through. Since starting with him I’ve newly lost 11kg in 10 months. And, more importantly, I feel a lot more comfortable in who I am. If you’re considering a PT, He’s your guy.
Fantastic experience: I struggled with yo yo dieting and weight fluctuations since my early teenage years, but no diet ever worked until I started with Kev, two years on and I can’t imagine ever going back to where I started. Kev doesn’t just set plans, he also provides education giving you the tools needed for long term success, in particular helping conquer a better mental relationship with food was key for me. Kev’s allowance and understanding around social occasions makes the journey so much more sustainable.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic coach & all round great guy! Started online with Kev in September 2021 and am still with him to this day. Not only did Kev help me lose 20kg over a 9 month period but he has given me great knowledge of nutrition & training. I completed a fitness photoshoot in June 2022 as recommended by Kev and was blown away by the results! We are now in a lengthy gaining phase where food & strength is at an all time high - Keep up the great work Kev! Highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience: Since I started working with Kevin my life has changed drastically for the better. Mentally and physically I am like a new person! Kevin genuinely cares about his clients which is a major factor for me still being with him, he puts a lot of thought and work into giving each person a plan that suits them best. How you end up looking physically is just a bonus. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than Kevin to change your life
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Kevin since Sept 2021 and have zero plans to stop. Have tried a number of different PTs/Workout Plans over the years and nobody has ever managed to help me get the results I wanted the way Kevin did! He tailors my programmes so perfectly and is always flexible to work around events, time restrictions etc. Couldn't recommend him enough!
Fantastic experience: Kevin is an excellent trainer and coach, I've been with him for 10 months and his knowledge, service and flexibility couldnt be better. He was able to draft diets and plans to workout around my bespoke circumstances and at every hiccup he had the ability to explain and adjust if necessary. Down 20kgs and now into a gaining phase and wouldn't be here without him.
Fantastic experience: I started to work with Kev just over 10 months ago during lock down. At first I was very hesitant about the whole idea of on line coaching and how it worked, but Kev made himself available for a number of zoom calls to clear up any questions or doubts I had. I was very impressed with the set up and approach to all things training and nutrition wise, I had done a lot of training for the last number of years with no structured plan and never took my nutrition seriously so it was a small shock to the system but never did I feel out of my depth and Kev was always on hand to answer a message or set up a call if needed. Over the first few months I completely shredded fat off my body and got stronger in the gym and during home workouts (Due to lock downs) each week. The progression from a dieting phase into a strength gaining phase was set up well in advance so there was no speed bumps in the transition between training and nutrition approaches. I am delighted that I started the process and stuck with it for the 10 months because now I feel like I have learned more about training and nutrition, so much so that I am comfortable in taking my own training and nutrition for the next while implementing the fundamentals I have picked up off Kev over the last year, which was one of the goals set at the start of the whole process. Over all, I am more confident and happier in my self physically and have hit PBs in the gym and on the running track regularly over the last year. Both of which have helped my proformance on the GAA field fourfold. I couldn't recommend Kev enough and look forward to keeping an eye out for what he has coming down the road next
Fantastic experience: I started with Kevin back in March of this year - the best way I can explain what I needed help with it is balance. During lock down my routine had gone so I needed help getting back on track and I’m so glad I went to Kevin. Yes I wanted to lose some weight but it was more so to figure out a long term way of taking care of myself and maintaining a happy healthy lifestyle. Kevin really listens and prioritises what your goals are long term - everyone wants a quick fix but I really learned with my time with him slow and steady wins the race. I do feel better physically but mentally I feel amazing. I highly recommend Kevin as a coach to anyone no matter what stage you may be at in your weight loss journey , competition / photo shoot prep , or lifestyle change - highly professional and genuine.
Fantastic experience: Kevin is a brilliant personal trainer who can cater to all levels of expertise. The level of care I received from Kevin as a client was excellent. My nutrition and training plans were so manageable and tailored specifically for me. He gave detailed explanations for every decision that was made, whether it was a nutrition change or an update to one of my workouts. I could message him at any time with questions, and he would always check in to see how my week had been. The process felt really collaborative, we were working together to find a plan that best fit my needs and lifestyle. I have learnt so much from the experience and I’m delighted with my progress. Fantastic experience: Training with Kevin has been great over the last couple of months. He's dedicated to building a plan that fits your needs and for me it was about getting back into fitness during a lockdown and shedding a few kg I had put on from gyms being closed & losing motivation. His nutrition plan was full of foods I loved that made it easy balance during the week & the training plan you always look forward to your next session. The biggest thing with Kev is he's always available for a phone call or a text so if you've a question about any of the plan he's there to help & wants to work with you to make a plan that fits into your daily life. The check ins also work as a great motivator to try hit your goals. If you are looking for results Kevin is definitely the right person to contact. Can't recommend him enough.
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Kevin for countless months now and he's simply an incredible trainer/ online coach. I joined KH fitness hoping to lose a little weight but the service Kevin brings has kept me as a permanent client. I'm self-employed and find it hard to fit fitness into my life unless I have Kevin holding my accountable. So far I'm the strongest I've ever been and continuing to progress. Highly recommend Kevin. He helped me reach goals I never thought were possible. Fantastic experience: I started going to the gym when I was about 16 and now, at 22 I realised that if I really wanted to change my physique I needed to take my nutrition seriously. I was always afraid that I would get paranoid about food and that it would damage my mental health. I expressed these worries to Kevin when we started this journey and within minutes he understood that this was as much a mental journey as it was physical. Kevin understood my need for reassurance and he even unblinkingly answered the insane amount of questions that I threw at him with honesty and genuine interest. Not once did Kevin make me feel like I wasn’t making some form of progress. He made me realise how much stronger I could feel both mentally and physically through weightlifting and helped me figure out a nutrition plan that still allowed me to have fun with my family and friends. I still never feel left out of social situations or like I’m depriving myself of enjoyment because of food or drink. The best way to put it is, Kevin helped me get to where I am in a healthy way. No unrealistic diet or ridiculously low calories, just good, nutritious food, a fantastic listener and motivation like I’ve never experienced it before. Kevin ticks all of the boxes and I cannot wait to see more results on this fitness journey with him.

Fantastic experience: In the past, I've always struggled with yo yo dieting and I could only lose weight to a certain point. However, I started with Kev in January and I absolutely couldn't recommend him enough! 6months later, I have gone way past any expectations I could have had for myself and I've flown past the weight that I had always got stuck at in the past. Kev also has taught me alot about nutrition and that you don't have to restrict yourself to get to your goal. His knowledge on all things nutrition, fitness and health is second to none. He has taught me a new way to think about food and fitness. The app is brilliant and so easy to use and he is at the end of the phone if you need him for anything. He couldn't have helped me more! We are now moving on to maintain weight and build muscle and I'm excited to see how the next stage goes
Fantastic experience: From my first telephone conversation with Kevin, I was filled with encouragement & hope. And that same level of encouragement carried me through my time with KH Fitness. I got fitter & healthier in no time. My workouts & meal plans were uploaded onto my account which I could access 24/7. Kevin gave a weekly progress report. He was available anytime & would tweak anything I was having trouble with. I enjoyed working with Kevin & I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is there for you 100%.
Fantastic experience: Kev was super professional from the start but also really down to earth and easy to talk to. He tailoredm program to suit me based on my needs and my personal goals. I've been struggling to manage some food intolerances, especially gluten, and kev gave me the tools and support needed to help get on top of these so I could achieve my goals. Fantastic experience: Training with Kev has been fantastic. It is clear that the process, training and structure he has in place has come from a lot of experience and years of study. You get what you pay for with his service. I am closing in on my 8th week with him and strongly recommend anyone considering changing their body for the better to just do it!
Fantastic experience: I would have struggled with my weight for a long time and tried every fad diet under the sun before contacting Kevin in November last year and my only regret about it was I didn’t do it sooner, Through both online and 1:1 PT sessions not only is my weight down more that I could have ever imagined, but what the entire program has done for my confidence is unbelievable. Kevin will always ensure to tailor my plan for events that I have coming up and along with being contactable 24/7 makes sticking to the process so much easier. Kevin’s knowledge on health, training and nutrition along with the user friendly app and the unbelievable PT facility gave me all the tools I needed to achieve my goals, Couldn’t recommend KH Fitness enough!
Fantastic experience: Was looking to lose weight and build strength, within a month I’ve lost nearly a stone whilst gradually looking leaner. Kev is always contactable for advice and for questions . He is also very focused on adjusting your plan to you and your lifestyle which makes the whole process more enjoyable whilst actually feeling achievable. couldn’t recommend Kev Enough
