Fantastic experience: Recently visited Darragh for a stubborn calf injury that had been hampering me for weeks. Darragh was great, very welcoming, very professional, listened to what my issue was. After a thorough assessment Darragh recommend some dry needling on the calf as part of the treatment. Straight away I could feel the tightness release in my calf, Darragh followed this up by going through some stretching techniques that I found extremely helpful. After the session the difference was incredible, the pain had reduced and the mobility had greatly improved . I highly recommend Darragh to anyone dealing with sports injuries or muscle pain.

Fantastic experience: recently visited Darragh for a dry needling session in order to bring my piriformis syndrome symptoms under control. Darragh listened intently as I explained my condition and offered expert guidance as to how it could be treated, not only through dry needling but through rehab too. The whole process was 10/10 from start to finish and I felt the full benefit of my treatment within a matter of a couple of days. I was able to play a full 90 minute football match one week later with none of my prior symptoms present. I would recommend Darragh to anyone looking for similar treatments.

Fantastic experience: Daragh is a fantastic trainer. I worked with him to improve my core and got on board with deadlifts and weight training and never felt better or more confident. I also did toe round of dry needling when I overworked my shin which he fixed in no time. Great demeanour and mentor.

Fantastic experience: If you've any injuries or niggles I would highly recommend going to Darragh to get sorted. Last year I trained for the marathon and Darragh helped me many times with physio and dry needling to sort out the injuries I picked up along the way. I can wholeheartedly say that without Darragh I wouldn't have been able to run the marathon in October.

Fantastic experience: Had a wrist injury that flared up the day of our session. Darragh was able to give me a 15 minute deep tissue massage and dry needling that managed to fix that issue.

Fantastic experience: I started fitness training a month ago with Daragh and absolutely love it and can see results already. He clearly knows his stuff, and is always prepared with new ways of exercising the same muscles. He keeps it upbeat and never boring. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

Fantastic experience: I began training with Darragh in March 2016. I was a marathon runner at the time and had lifted weights in various situations, at home, at body pump or in the gym. Darragh was the first person to introduce me to the concept of the one rep max in relation to the three compound exercises of squat, bench and deadlift. Training this way once a week meant I could still run comfortably 3 or 4 days and get strong and bring a new confidence to my running . Since then we’ve changed it up quite a bit and we even train together now for half marathons. Darragh exudes a very calm approach to training, able to push when needed and very keen to have a client warm up ( I love hitting the pads) and cool down after and to zone in on proper form at all times during lifts. I always look forward to training with him and get results, whether it be gaining size, nutritional advice or post session physio. Highly recommended. John

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Darragh as a PT for a couple.of months and have never felt as good about my body. He's very in tune with what you need to get to the fitness level you're looking for. As a physio he's also exceptional and really listens. I've had an issue with my leg for years that other physios have not had much luck with. A couple of sessions with Darragh (in conjunction with well structured exercise) has me in a place I never thought I'd be & my leg is well on the way to being back to normal. Thanks Darragh!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Darragh highly enough. I have been working with him for 9 weeks now and love every minute of it. As someone who has never been to the gym and fell in and out of exercise due to not enjoying it, I can safely say I have been converted. When it comes to food, there is no pressure, only guidance on what will benefit you. His motivation throughout helps drive you to keep going even if you feel you cant and the general chats throughout each session are a nice distraction from any pain!! It is the first time I can honestly say I have enjoyed exercising and a big part of that is because of how comfortable Darragh made me feel in a completely new environment. If like me a gym isn't for you, or even if it is, give Darragh a call. He provided a taster session to see if it was for me and here I am feeling stronger and more confident in myself. I'm in it for the long run!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Darragh as a personal trainer. He's very knowledgeable and experienced, with a great understanding of exercise and nutrition, and is very attentive to proper form, which ensures lifting weights is safe and effective. He takes effort to get to know clients' goals and needs, and will tailor sessions to suit what works best for you. Darragh is also incredibly sound and makes each session varied and fun. After a long spell of struggling to regain fitness, I am starting to see very good results, and more importantly am enjoying exercise again. Warmly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Darragh has a great approach no matter what your fitness level. He's professional, patient and encouraging. No beginner should feel intimidated working with Darragh, as he will work within your level of comfort, but will still encourage you to push yourself enough to get results. Equally, he has a wealth of experience to share with people who are looking for a new fitness challenge. I've been working out with Darragh for around 3 years, but it doesn't feel like 'work'. I do PT sessions with a friend and we all have the chats about fitness, food, socialising, tv, whatever, barely noticing we're getting through a 1 hour session. There are some great tunes to get us through too. Darragh is great to mix up the session, so the body is always challenged, ranging from upper body to core to legs. To add to the challenge and the fun factor, Darragh runs competitions between his clients, like plank challenges, wall squats, etc. and there are Amazing Prizes for the winners. Just hope that 'Sally' doesn't show up to a session, coz she's a tough one!

Fantastic experience: Darragh Bailey is one of the best all round professionals I know. I've been going to him in his personal trainer capacity for several years on and off. His calm, considered and flexible approach to every situation he's confronted with has given me the confidence to use all the equipment in the gym on my own and think more concretely about weight loss and maintenance. Darragh's gym space is kept immaculately, with a huge variety of gear to keep anyone busy. Moreover, Darragh is friendly and caring. He tailors himself to whatever the client's needs are; always invested in helping them reach their goals. I cannot recommend Darragh Bailey highly enough. A wonderful person, doing what they love to help other people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Darragh for physio on my knee, it’s been sore for years but since going to him it’s been so much better. He has done massage and dry needling and he always does a thorough assessment to start. The best part is he doesn’t overload me with home exercises - just one or two so it’s easy to keep up! My knee is so much better and I’m so thankful to him! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Darragh is great! I've done some bootcamp style sessions and some private HIIT sessions with my wife. He's a great motivator, gives constant practical feedback on how to improve. His gym is fully equipped and super clean! Looking forward to my next session with him!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic PT. Darragh is personable and professional. I've constantly started in gyms and eventually quit. When I first went, we created a plan, went through everything and then started hitting the goals. Completely different to other experiences I've had. I would highly recommend Darragh for whatever level you are. If you have some exp it's great to get better but If you are completely new to weights or gym going. The confidence you gain from knowing how to use all gym equipment properly and understanding what exercises are doing what is invaluable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been strenght training with Darragh for about 6 months and I’m loving it. Not only am I feeling stronger and more confident, I’m setting and hitting tangible strength based goals which is super motivating. I’ve gone from never lifting anything more than a 10kg dumbbell, to deadlifting 80kg A few things stand out about Darragh. He’s flexible and understanding. He adapts to the goals, constraints and lifestyle of the people he coaches. He’s warm and friendly, making even the most unsure beginner feel at ease. He injects fun into each session, doesn’t take himself too seriously and is incredibly easy to work with. I’d highly recommend working with Darragh. Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Fantastic experience: Darragh is one of the best PTs I’ve ever had! He makes training fun & enjoyable. His experience & patience takes away any fears around lifting weights or using gym equipment. He’s encouraging & understanding and really helps you feel confident in your ability’s. Darragh is so warm and friendly you feel right at home in his gym great work out tunes too!
