Fantastic experience: I am working with Aaron this few months , going very well, great programmes to suit the person , whether you travel a lot for work , if you only want to be in the gym for 30/40 minutes, very accommodating. He shows great support throughout the week , not only on weekly check in. If you need some kind of guidance or support on hitting goals or just want to get back into training and not sure where to start, I would strongly advise giving this man a shout.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Aaron for a while now and really enjoying it, having a small child can make it hard to meet some targets but Aaron’s helps to fit your plan around your busy life, setting goals that are realistic to meet without putting to much pressure on you. I have had different PT’s in the past but couldn’t get back into it the last 2 years & Aaron has helped me to start enjoying the process again.. My weight is down, am eating better while understanding more about my nutrition with all his knowledge shared, given you quick tips and checking into make sure evrything is going well and what we can change ! My programme is straightforward and easy for me to workout by myself in the gym and feel comfortable doing it. I would highly recommend Aaron if you considering training !

Fantastic experience: An excellent personal trainer. From the outset, he helped set clear and realistic goals, and structured both training and nutrition to support them. Within a few weeks, he accurately established the appropriate calorie and macronutrient intake and integrated it seamlessly into my existing diet. Each session is adapted to how you are feeling on the day, with the right balance of challenge and recovery. He also provides training plans for the days you are not working with him directly. Communication is responsive, and he is always willing to answer questions and requests. Thanks to his guidance, my training has stayed on track and continues to align with the goals we set. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Aaron for a few months now, having worked with some other personal trainers in the past, I have to say Aaron is absolutely top class. Fantastic experience: Been training with Aaron for about 7 months at this stage and haven’t looked back since! Not only does Aaron provide you with tailor made workout plans along with great nutritional advice but he is extremely pro active at checking in and pushing you to go that bit further! Fantastic experience: I Couldn’t recommend Aaron enough as a personal trainer! I am just finishing off my first 12 weeks with him and have seen some massive changes already! He creates a really friendly and comfortable environment to train in for someone who was very nervous to start training 1:1 and every session he is so motivating and positive about every bit of progress you make! Fantastic experience: Contacted Aaron to change up my training a bit, add more structure. Fantastic experience: I started going to Aaron 6 months postpartum as I was struggling to lose the baby weight, and in no time at all my figure completely changed, and I was down a dress size. Fantastic experience: Recently got a S&C program off Aaron. I felt my training had plateaued so I reached out. The programs provided by Aaron are brilliant. Very detailed and loads to choose from. Positive experience: A few months ago I was over weight (not massivly) but I could feel it and see it. I was in a rut. My head was also in a very dark and negative space. I had trained in the past with a number of different Coaches but having experienced the frustration of Coaches who didn’t listen, workouts that really didn’t suit my age or my back problem. Happy to have you but with their eye on the fee! I lost confidence, became cynical and opted out of the whole thing. Two years on, I found myself in a dark place, totally out of shape and as stated noticeably over weight. Suffering as I do from mental health issues, depression etc, as a result of sexual abuse in my early life, I struggle to trust anyone anymore. The rut I was in was adding to my mental health battle on top of that I had to contend with the negativity about my shape. When January turned, I decided that I wasn’t going to wait and hope my mood would lighten so I went online looking for Coaches not too far away from me. As you will all be aware, there is no shortage of Coaches online, but for some reason which I cannot explain I stopped on Aaron’s profile, having read the glowing testimonies about him personally and as a Coach, something inside me said, ring him! I rang him there and then (something I don’t do, ever!) and I was genuinely taken aback at how easy it was talking with him, he didn’t go into a big sell, I basically told him what I was looking for, he listened, (crucial) in my book and following our conversation I felt happy taking up his invitation to meet him and discuss face to face my goals and his philosophy. To say I felt uplifted after our meeting is an understatement. He didn’t overload me or impose his idea of a workout to me but instead having listened to me assured me that this journey is all about me! and should anything not work then we will discuss it and if I’m ok with it, try it as we move forward. I booked a three month slot. From day One he put me at ease explained what he felt would be good to start off but said that if I felt uncomfortable to say it and we would change as needed. Following an hour of chat, laughs and loads of Sweat, I was hooked. Leaving, I was honoured to have met a truly genuine guy, who is knowledgable, passionate and an inspirational Coach, and human being. A couple of tough, but rewarding and fun filled weeks behind me now I am a few pounds lighter, more positive and happier. Eating much healthier as a result of the advice and encouragement Aaron has given. I’m focussed now on a more positive outlook and self image, more importantly, this is a process, not a quick fix, it’s a process which is steady and slow but also more permanent in Aaron’s words. The best thing I have done this year is choose Aaron, to guide me on my journey to fitness and a long lasting healthier lifestyle. In the short space of time my Blood Pressure has come way down, cholesterol is down 5 points and I have even reduced some of the medication I’m on. As probably one of his older clients lol I have to say that I haven’t felt this good in such a long time. Yes! I do the work but I put my progress down to Aaron’s knowledge and passion to help people who are or have been stuck in a rut or dark place like me. I will end by saying, if you’re thinking of embarking on a lifestyle change then give this man a shot. I can say with hand on heart that you will not regret it. Cheers. Tony.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Aaron for the last year. I was worried it would be the same as other coaches I tried where I would improve myself for a few months and then fall off the wagon back to square one. But with Aaron my life has definitely turned around for the better. He’s made everything feel so normal again accomplishing stuff I never saw myself doing again. He’s exactly the kind of couch you need him to be, very adaptable to all his clients. For me I’m in college so sometimes things don’t go to plan but he’s never made me feel like I’ve lost progress. Fantastic experience: Absolutely thrilled to be able to work with Aaron. When I first started I had awful stamina and had a hard time walking up hills! But now, I find that I’m no longer winded and things that were hard before aren’t as hard anymore. Aaron is extremely cheerful and a great trainer. He’ll keep it real with you but is not overbearing at all. Fantastic experience: I contacted Aaron for online training after coming out of a lockdown which left me unhappy with my body , I laid it all out for Aaron that I'd a holiday planned ,I'm busy with work and also commited to playing football, in most cases I could imagine a trainers worst nightmare, but not for Aaron ,he got to work and tailered a workout schedule for me to do when maintaining my busy lifestyle, Aarons commitment was second to none, he will always check in to make sure you're you're keeping on track with the program, nutritional advice to help you reach your targets and also had an extremely helpful app that held all your workout information past /present and future, if unsure of anything he was always there to let me know or even for a bit of motivation he would always have the right things to say and show a real interest in your progress, I spent 5 months with Aaron and it's really set down the foundations for my current workouts , not only in training Aaron is a top lad , he is as genuine as they come ,I couldn't recommend him anymore

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Aaron with the main goal of getting back into a better structure with training and help improve overall fitness and performance after feeling stuck in a rut for many months. Aarons evidence based knowledge and guidance have surpassed my expectations, and the workouts programmed have been challenging and progressive. They are workouts I would not normally plan for myself, and the change has improved my performance and fitness over the past number of months. Aaron is very approachable when there are any issues, and the app used to programme workouts and track training is very user friendly. Fantastic experience: Where do I start, I came to Aaron working as a gym instructor and wanted to improve my appearance, What he done was gave me the tools to not only to get in better shape physically but mentally as well, through actually educating me in so much, it's easy to get a meal plan off a trainer and try stick to it, Aaron educated me through food, thought processes but most of all my relationship towards and with food, I was eating more, and dropping weight, building muscle and most importantly, enjoying every moment of it. So many times I doubted what Aaron was giving me in terms of macros because it was higher then I was ever taking in, but he always told me 'trust the process' so I did and I glad I did because my results just went through the roof, to this day I still stick to the same processes Aaron thought me, Working with Aaron has been one of the best decisions I've ever made because it's giving me so much more then just getting in better shape, my confidence went through roof, my sports performance improved, I'm happier in myself and I don't self sabotage myself every time something happens along the journey. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Aaron as a PT. I have been doing his online programs since moving abroad to Canada. I loved the diversity of his programs including a mixture of strength and conditioning and designing workouts I enjoyed to do. I found the workouts really improved my physical fitness aswell as seeing changes in physique. Despite the time differences Aaron was always easy to reach if I ever had any questions and using the app for workouts made it so easy to track progress. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Aaron enough as a personal trainer, he is amazing brilliant. Went to him back in 2019 to tone up and feel more confident in my clothes and I am currently with him now to get back in shape after having a baby, he listens to your goals and makes a plan to suit you and your busy lifestyle to get results! He is so approachable and always just a text away for any help! He is constantly encouraging me and helping me push myself. Fantastic experience: I had previously trained with Aaron in 2018 and I achieved really good results back then so I decided in April 2022, after letting myself go a little during all the lockdowns, to get back on track again and Aaron was the only trainer I considered. After we spoke about my goals, he set me up with a hybrid programme where I do one check-in session a week with him at his gym, which is a great setup, and the rest of my sessions are programmed through the App which is also great for keeping track of my progress. Aaron also set me up on an eating plan with a focus on macros and he monitored me all the way through the 12 week programme, adjusting my training and eating plans as he saw how I was responding to them. I’ve just completed the first 12 week plan and I’m in the best shape of my life. I gained muscle while losing over 10kg. I couldn't be happier with the results so far but I’m not stopping there. I’ve just signed up for another 12 week hybrid programme with Aaron and can’t wait to get stuck in. Aaron really knows his stuff and if you trust the process and follow his plans you will get fantastic results too.

Fantastic experience: After spending many years avoiding gym's and regular physical exercise, getting a programme with Aaron is the best thing I have done in a long time. After many years not doing very much I was somewhat apprehensive about doing this, but to me Aaron listened to what I wanted to achieve and developed a programme around my needs in an iterative sense to allow me to build up over time. I certainly feel better physically now but also mentally which was another important need I have. His facility is fantastic and I have found his programme is easily replicable in the gym and even some parts at home. While his knowledge in this area is second to none and is incredibly passionate about training, he is so approachable and genuinely interested in trying to help you achieve your goals on your terms (with the right pushing!). Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I began training with Aaron three months post partum and it was the best thing I could have done! Fantastic experience: After searching high and low for a personal trainer I can trust due to having an underlining health condition which made training quite specialised for me, I found Aaron. Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Aaron as a personal trainer. Not only is he incredibly approachable and supportive as a coach but his knowledge in the field of fitness, health and nutrition is immeasurable. He takes the time to understand his clients own personal goals and abilities and customises their training plans to meet their needs. I have been training with Aaron for the last number of years and he has helped to totally transform my attitude to fitness and well-being. I started out with him as a very apprehensive gym-goer who considered exercise as a means to an end without ever really obtaining any satisfaction or proper results from it. Within weeks this began to change. Aaron educated me on the value of proper nutrition and set achievable macro goals for me to suit each training phase. I now consider exercise as part of my daily routine and one that I look forward to rather than as a chore. It has helped to build my confidence and made me realise how dissatisfied I was beforehand. Throughout the lockdowns and restrictions that were in place over the last two years due to Covid19, Aaron continued to motivate me to keep training every day. He provided me with daily workouts that were changed every 4-5 weeks using what little equipment I had at home. With juggling two young children who had to be home-schooled and a full-time job, I most certainly would have struggled to keep my head together if I hadn't had this support. It definitely kept me sane during the pandemic! If you are considering working with a PT, I can safely say Aaron is one of the best so be kind to yourself and sign up with him. I guarantee it will be one of the best decisions you'll make!

Fantastic experience: I started with Aaron in January to try and increase my fitness levels and three months in, not only have I achieved my goals but I’ve surpassed them. I’m stronger than I ever thought possible and that’s all down to Aarons guidance. Initially I had only planned to do one month to give me a jumpstart but the sessions are so enjoyable, I’m still here at the end of March. If you’re looking for someone who can help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals, I couldn’t recommend Aaron enough.

Fantastic experience: I had followed Aaron on Instagram for some time. He was also training people in my Gym. I liked his straight talking approach to training and there was no trying to persuade people with magic pills or quick 8 week transformations. I contacted him and asked him for some details about his 1-1 training plans and what options he had for me. He explained the different types of programme and asked me some questions about myself and what I hoped to achieve. I had been in a very active job for 14 years before becoming quite office based. I was training 5 days a week but with no real structure at all and getting little in the way of results. I decided on a buddy plan and he would provide training plan, calories and nutrition plan and guidance on anything I needed. Also a personal session once a week. The 1-1 session is an hour long and its my wife and I both in attendance.(Buddy plan) From the first session with Aaron I knew id made the right choice. He was easy to deal with, seriously knowledgeable and it was just like training with a mate. He pushed me hard and to my limits at times. The check in is weekly but anytime I've ever messaged him with a query he comes back with exactly what I need, day or night. The programme has been built around the time that I can put into it and worked around my needs and commitments. After almost three months its become like second nature to get stuck in and follow the plan. I have shape, definition and muscle I never had before after years of mindlessly walking around the gym. This has been the change I really needed. Aaron knows what he's talking about on any topic he speaks on. No messing and no glitter or show. Just facts. I trust him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT. His attitude towards his clients and work ethic are second to none and I have yet to hear of anyone id rather use.

Fantastic experience: The best thing I’ve done for myself in years was to sign up for online coaching with Aaron. I had really gotten stuck in a rut over the last couple of years with lockdowns, and had tried so many times to get back into working out and eating well but got to a stage where I had to admit defeat and needed the help and accountability. I’ve worked with many trainers in the past who had given me diet plans no carbs/sugar etc but I always found it impossible to maintain in the long term. Aarons approach was very different and crazy to think that I’ve actually enjoyed a weight loss, having dinners out, takeaways, weekends away, a treat when I fancied it etc and was still able to see amazing changes. I’ve also really started to enjoy working out again thanks to him. Aaron was so supportive and helpful along the way, even when I got frustrated at times, he kept me on track and looking at the bigger picture where I might have thrown in the towel in the past. I now have the best relationship I’ve ever had with food and exercise and will take so much of his valuable advice with me for the rest of my life! I would without a doubt recommend anyone who is looking to improve their health/fitness to work with Aaron!

Fantastic experience: I have had many different coaches, on several different continents and Aaron is BY FAR the best. For all levels of fitness, Aaron will work with you to get you to where you need. I was able to make serious gains in muscle mass, while staying lean and in the best shape of my life at 31. I've got stronger and fitter on top of that and have gained a different kind of discipline that I hadn't ever had. I was able to make these gains (and this is important) all while maintaining a healthy social life and a balanced (not too regimental) diet. Aaron leads by example by being an all rounder in X-Fit, Powerlifting and overall athleticism. Thank you very much Aaron!! Life changing stuff!

Fantastic experience: Firstly I'd like to thank Aaron for helping me to drastically improve upon myself. This isn't something I would normally have signed on for but I'm so grateful that I decided to give it a go. I started this program with little to no training/dieting knowledge but Aaron immediately put me at ease and structured each day/week/phase with very simple and easy to follow workouts/goals. Nothing felt overwhelming, there was never any pressure, just lots of encouragement regardless of how the week went. He understands nobody is perfect and we have our good/bad days but is always there to keep you on track. But most importantly he made it fun and for me that was a huge bonus. The workouts were always interesting and left me feeling satisfied and ready to go for the next day. I could go on and on about how great this experience has been. But I'll stop here and just say....if your looking to hire a personal trainer, I genuinely can't recommend Aaron enough. The overall experience has been life changing.

Fantastic experience: Aaron is a great decision for anyone trying to get a sustainable healthy way of living .. he has helped me massively change habits without cutting out all the good stuff in life .. Aaron gives a manageable way of reaching targets in every aspect of your life not only helps you physically but also mentally . Fantastic experience: Without doubt, making the decision to work with Aaron over the past few months has been the highlight of 2021. Aaron is extremely personable and knowledgable and has a natural talent for asking thought provoking questions so that he can truely understand your goals as well as your motivations. The sort of questions that stop you in your tracks and make you think about what's really important to you. Many fitness professionals try to "wow" you with the science behind losing weight and getting fit but Aaron makes it so simple. It's all about balance. Enjoying life while becoming fit and healthy. Aaron has taught me that you don't have totally sacrifice one for other. Both are achievable once you have a plan and direction! Don't get me wrong, to get fit and strong you need to work hard but Aaron makes it motivating, engaging, easy to follow and most importantly, fun. I really appreciate that Aaron has been ever present on my fitness journey. Always there to help me when I needed guidance, keeping me on track and holding me accountable. He really helped to keep me focused (especially when life gets in the way) and ensured that I didn't "beat myself up" when I went off plan. I couldn't speak any more highly of Aaron. He's a great guy, great company and I'd highly recommend him to indivuals or groups who need help with fitneess and nutrition.

Fantastic experience: I started to work with Aaron back in 2019, with 1-1 PT sessions. I had previously worked with online coaches before but always fell back into old habits after a while and losing motivation and interest, I immediately clicked with Aaron and felt very comfortable in the gym. I started to progress massively over the next 6-7 months because of his help both in physically and mentally. Every session was so much fun (albeit, tough but very rewarding) and I always looked forward going to the gym with Aaron because it was my mental break in my busy day. Such a personable person and so easy to get along with. I switched to online coaching in 2020 with Aaron when I moved back to Dublin and have still progressed to now with everything and gotten even stronger. I owe Aaron a lot over the last 2 years not only as a PT but as a friend, even inspiring me to become a PT myself and falling in love with fitness. He absolutely loves his job and it's so evident he has such a passion for what he does. And for that I'm so grateful for his help!

Fantastic experience: So I’ve followed Aaron for a very long time on Instagram. I was instantly attracted to his training style and the way he interacted with his followers. He always came across very honest and willing to help. 14 weeks ago I started my own on line program with him and I haven’t looked back since. I can honestly say I have thrown every posssible situation at him in those 14 weeks and he hasn’t flenched! And only for him I wouldn’t have gotten the results I have. He has literally kept me on the straight and narrow! He knows exactly when to push you, when to pull you back. Which for me is very important as I’m an all or nothing type of person so to have someone of Aaron’s experience is not only a god send, but a privilege. I’ve work with several online coaches over the years and through no fault of their own it never worked. Aaron has listened to every detail of my requirements and reminded me of them along the way! Being a coach myself it’s a fantastic benefit to have someone in the industry that understands the daily requirements of running a gym. That being said I would have no problem recommending Aaron to someone beginning their fitness journey as he has a very compassionate approach to getting his knowledge across. Every training session is programmed in detail, every nutrition adjustment explained in detail. I hit 85kg last week for the first time in 5-7 years. I haven’t restricted. I’ve had plenty take always along the way. I think the best way to sum up my experience with Aaron is that he has been the missing link in my nutrition and training. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Aaron to anyone looking for guidance and expertise when it comes to their own fitness and lifestyle goals.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Aaron highly enough. I trained with Aaron for 12 weeks (Jan - March) and have learned so much. I didn't feel any pressure and he has a very open and relaxed approach. Even during the worst and longest lockdown I was able to achieve great results with online coaching. If you are looking to make a long term lifestyle change, then I would 100% recommend Aaron. This is not a "quick fix" approach and you need to be dedicated and put the work in, but with Aaron's knowledge, guidance and encouragement it's not as daunting as it may seem. Aaron is always happy to answer any questions and is easily contactable. I've really enjoyed the past 3 months and can honestly say that this was one of the best investments I've ever made.

Fantastic experience: What can I say to do justice to Aarons abilities! We started working together about 4 months ago and through the pandemic, gym closures, moving countries and everything else I have thrown his way he has always had the patience and the knowledge to change up my training and keep me on track! Aaron's fitness and nutrition knowledge is second to none I have seen and you never feel under pressure for slipping up, the encouragement is always there to get back on the horse and keep moving forward! Fantastic experience: One thing I really appreciate about Aaron is that there was never any pressure to reach any target throughout the coaching process. It was always positive, even when I slipped up with my diet. For me, it took a while to get the ball rolling due to my own bad habits, but yet there was never any pressure. Week to week after every check in there was nothing but constant encouragement. Aaron not only understands things from the perspective of a client, but has been there himself so he can show a great level of empathy. Aaron has an understanding of the Highs & Lows of a transformation journey through his own experience and I personally think this experience allows him to provide the best service possible to his clients. Aaron is very good at what he does and I can say hands down that it's the best coaching experience that I have had. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Physically I am on my way to reaching my goals which is so great. Mentally, I struggled for a long time and often do from time to time. However, since working with Aaron, it's the best I have felt in myself in a very long time. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Aaron's services to anyone looking to make a change in there lives. Fantastic experience: A fantastic personal trainer. I started with Aaron a few months ago. I’m a mum of three and work shift so it was hard to get started. He showed me how to get fit with a great exercise routine that fitted in my schedule and with a new diet I feel great. I have lost 7 kg and simple changes I knew nothing about worked so well. I was never starving either and now I feel healthier and look fitter too. Full of energy and it’s all down to him.
