If you are looking for accountability, motivation, encouragement and most importantly RESULTS then look no further than Sarah and Peechi Fit. She is so relatable, yet knowledgeable, pushes you, but also recognizes the psychological and emotional aspects of eating and exercising, particularly in relation to women. She takes your whole story into account and then implements a personal plan that will suit your life! Don’t get me wrong, YOU have to 100% do the work but Sarah gives you the tools, knowledge and encouragement to keep pushing! Would recommend Sarah 100% and have done to many friends and family members already!!

Be they performance or aesthetic based. She communicates regularly with you and its like working with a friend. So kind and encouraging to all her clients. The service just keeps improving. The products she has on offer are so handy. The planner helps plan and track your week, the shopping list pad is great for grocery shopping and the protein shakers are fab for on the go! I use mine almost daily. A great coach for anyone looking for help with goals from beginners to advanced.
