Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant.
Fantastic experience: I started with Dave around 6 months ago and as someone who has really struggled to get into fitness, he has been a complete revelation. He is professional, motivating, encouraging, and just genuinely a nice person to be around. I look forward to going to the gym instead of dreading it and have been really pleased with my progress to date. Dave provides varied, challenging workouts that motivate me to push myself as well as helping me to improve my technique and form. His gym is always immaculate and he takes great precautions to ensure I feel safe. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
