Welcome to Body Precision Pilates
My Pilates journey originated from a background in dance and a passion for exercise and movement. Combining this with an understanding of the power exercise has on both the body and mind, I found Pilates to be a wonderful way to build strong, lean muscle, which is a building block for our future health and physical capabilities as we age.

Fantastic experience: Attending Helen's pilates classes once a week, they are challenging but very enjoyable even for a complete novice like me. Have only been attending for 6 weeks but already see an improvement in flexibility. would strongly recommend BP pilates to anyone interested
