I help people to get into the best shape of their life and feel great too. When I was 16 years of age I experienced my own initial success in manipulating body composition. From that point on I knew that I had found my passion.. Almost 10 years on.. a masters degree in Exercise Physiology, an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, as well as several other certifications and additional courses later that passion has only grown stronger. My aim is to provide the highest level of personal training possible and help you to transform your physique merging best scientific practice with experience.
