Fantastic experience: Been with F1T for few months now and have been doing the F1T20 classes weekly along with other classes! It’s been awhile that I’ve felt confident enough to wear string tops which is something so trivial to most but to me it’s a huge step!! Cannot compliment the team enough would highly recommend if anyone is feeling like they need step in right direction!! Can’t wait to get stuck into some PT soon!! Staff are fantastic
