Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend Liz's pilates classes at Thrive. The pace of the class is really good. A broad variety of exercises over the weeks. Very good instructions given, and modified if a person has an injury or a niggle. The studio is very comfortable, and the atmosphere in the studio is also very enjoyable with a good many laughs along the way. Give it a go!
